When asking to create an image of feet for a poster it kept creating unnatural loomikg feet or feet with 6 or 4 toes. Utterly awful ai product.

I used Gencraft for a while and quite liked it. However I ran out of ideas of things I wanted to do and stopped my subscription for a while.

Roll-on, I renewed my subscription, however somehow, whilst Gencraft were able to charge the same Apple ID account, they accredited my subscription to a guest account I had never used before.

Support email from Gencraft just repeatedly told me to use the guest account (which only seems to work on OS X), which I do not want to do because the models I created previously are not there, and my iPhone is still associated with my original account.

AI Image Generators are a dime a dozen these days. Avoid Gencraft for your own sanity.

It used to be okay when you had 8 free downloads, now you can only create 2 and there seems no way to download the image.
Most of the images produced were rubbish and the thought of paying a fee for it, is ludicrous.
We used to use the images for our charity ELM Wildlife, but it's not even worth the time spent now.

The new layout of the site is crap and much harder to navigate!... and they don't ever listen to user feedback, I quit my subscription and told them to stick it!

After I canceled my plan for some reason it didnt take on thier end so I ended up getting charged after canceling but was told it was against policy to refund me even after I canceled.

I have had the same bad experience as other users who have posted about subscriptions and been refused refunds.
Do not trust or use this company!!! I am still trying to stop them from taking money from my account!

Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to try and create a ripped and muscular woman and your generator keeps giving her a Dolly Parton sized bust?!? I tried flat chested, I tried small bust, but the damn generator gives her huge freaking boobs every time!!!

I have tested a wide range of AI art generators and this app has some nice features primarily in their model building features. The draw backs is a lot of bugs and app issues and poor customer service which sometimes has not even gotten back to me and often can take several days or longer to get back you and even then rarely handles the problem and deflects the issue. In a little over a year of trying out the app I’ve had to use help support over a dozen times. Lastly they have an over the top censorship policy on your art creations that is very confusing to say the least. Random images that make no sense to sensor will be deleted while the feee is chock full of soft core P. There’s a lot of great option out there to create AI art and Gencraft is not one of them.

No way of opting out. Tried calling 6502530000 to have payments from being pulled from my account. Didn't even realize it was charging my account. Y'all need to get this shit from pulling money from my account.

I upgraded from a weekly ($9.99) to a monthly ($19.99) subscription, only to be charged for both—$40 in one month for the same service. Gencraft’s system didn’t warn of overlapping charges, and support refused to refund, citing terms of service. This lack of transparency feels unfair, and the rigid response shows little care for loyal users. While the tool WAS great, I canceled due to these billing practices. Businesses should value fairness and trust over rigid policies. I want to make sure EVERYONE KNOWS. IM POSTING REVIEWS ON EVERY SITE.

This AI requires a very difficult sign in experience, as a result I will not be able to buy gen craft again. One of the worst AI image generators you can get.

Be careful with your subscription. It doesn’t notify about payment. I even didn’t use it but i have been paying 10$ every week. I usually check my subscriptions on my iPhone. It doesn’t show there.

Stupid Censorship, constant app issues, not working features, don't listen users, banned beautiful images instead of violent ones, totally crappie app. I paid for pro subscription for 10 months, gained huge popularity, but I won't pay anymore, NightCafe is worth paying for pro subscription, Gencraft not anymore.

Not actually free. You have to pay money to download anything. From now on I give all companies like this that play this game one star, I advise we all fight back and do the same. No more companies wasting our time pretending to be "free" and aren't.

Subscribers beware!

In a time where many businesses share part of their service for free to create a legitimate community with the aim of making the world a better place,
some businesses disguise themselves using this noble idea to capitalise on.

Gencraft is a fairly good and simple AI Image Generator and they do offer free service.
But beware, the moment you subscribe, that’s where you can get capitalised.

I paid for a week subscription on my credit card assuming that I was paying for just the one week.
I went travelling, and when I came back I found on my bank statement that I was automatically charged a weekly fee for another 15 weeks!

I reached out to Gencraft for reimbursement since I only used 1 week of subscription.
I got a response from ‘undefined@Gencraft’ saying that they do not allow refund under the circumstances.

I then asked Gencraft to at least extend me 15 weeks of free service to offset the 15 weeks I already paid for but didn’t use. I did not receive any response to my last request. Radio silence since.

I suspect the Support Team may be a Chatbot.
So much for care and community.

I ask for a picture of 2 objects, a vase and a bowl. I even specify that they should not be on top of each other. Well guess what? I get a bottle inside a bowl.
Ask for a person, more often than not they have too many fingers, or too many arms or their legs are screwed on backwards.

Refuses to provide a refund when a person doesn't wish to use their service.

Forced to buy a month to test out if the video does what you want. They refuse to provide a refund.

It's constantly trying to take payments out of my bank account. I've blocked my account and in contact with my bank. My gencraft account is currently free so i'm not sure why its trying to take payments - this is theft.

Don't trust this company!

Like others, I would advise against this product. It's really not very good, often gives mishapen images.

Also, it signed me up for a weekly subscription. That's not what I thought I was getting. I assumed a trial and then a payment taken.

It took two payments before I realised what had happened. Had I known I would have cancelled immediately,

Sneakily, it never sent email invoices. So it would continue to bleed my account had I not noticed.

Avoid like the plague !
