Gelson’s Market is truly one of the best shopping experiences around. From the moment you walk in, the store feels clean, welcoming, and well cared for. The quality of the produce, meats, seafood, bakery, and specialty items is always impressive, and you can really tell they take pride in offering premium products.

What stands out most is the customer service. The team is friendly, helpful, and professional, and they make you feel valued as a customer. Whether I’m picking up everyday groceries, something special for dinner, or a unique item I can’t find anywhere else, Gelson’s always delivers.

It’s more than just a grocery store — it feels like a high-quality neighborhood market that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend Gelson’s Market to anyone who appreciates great food, great service, and a beautiful shopping experience.

The Gelsos in woodland Hills has gone done hill in quality with new owners. Less staff...Deli food no longer wrapped as well..roast beef no longer in paper but smashed into a plastic bag. Missing items...vegetables not the quality as before...strawberries no taste and not very red....cherries not as sweet...bakery sub standard...bought an Angel food cake...terrible..tasted stale

Controlling people in your store by making them wear a mask is slavery we are not slaves pain is coming to you nothing can stop what is coming things are going to do a turnaround really soon stores like you are going to be in for a rude awakening soon you're going to be held accountable for this and if you all participated in the vaccines that is punishable by hanging and that is crimes against humanity

I'm very unhappy with the people working at your store in Westlake Village, CA. The people used to be friendly and it made for a nice atmosphere. Now, they just walk by you or at the check-out they're busy talking to other people. Very rude.

High quality food and service !!! They always have the food I love !!!

I was greeted and taken care of by Sonia back on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from the West Hollywood store located at: 8330 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, California 90069 (and I hope that I spelled her name correctly)!

She was a very nice, professional customer service and sales representative and I more than Highly Recommend her to any of Gelson's Markets Outstanding and Loyal Customers!
