Bought a couple of collectible statues from here over the past couple of months, and absolutely no issues. The Queen Studios Darkseid I bought was very cheap (the cheapest anywhere I looked) for UK based. Communication was great throughout and delivery was speedy. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again! Fantastic company!

Ordered a few bits from here which were out-of-stock everywhere else. Everything arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as expected. It's obvious that they keep their stock in excellent condition (which is vital for collectables) so I really can't recommend these guys enough.

Very happy with the service of this company and my recent purchase!! I ordered one of the cuddly/fluffy Flareon plushies and he is adorable!!! This was a great price as well for a brand new version of this plush (compared to other sites). Shipping was also very fast and the item was very well packaged!!! I messaged customer service last October because the original Dimitri plush I was sent had a part of the cape torn. I was speaking back and forth for a month with customer service and they were very helpful. My Dimitri plush replacement is now finally with me and I’m so happy.

The website states "Fast, Free delivery over £50". I made a purchase 5 days ago, called the business twice and my items, which are in stock have still not been sent out...

On 25th October I spoke to a member of the team who informed me it would with be today or at the latest 26th October that my items will be sent out for next day delivery.

On 26th of October I called again and asked if they have sent it yet, this time I was advised it will wither be today or the 27th October and that they couldn't get a message to the warehouse to get them out.

Whilst I appreciate your reply , the service I have received so far hasn't been great.

At a time where consumers are use to next day delivery services, providing such slow shipping will be detrimental to your business.

Found this website when searching for reasonably priced anime figures and a lot of the ones that I was interested were on sale. the day after I ordered i received an email with an apology for not being shown estimated delivery dates for each item, which i didn't even notice, but the fact that each order is reviewed by a real person filled me with confidence about my order. there is also such a wide range of products and will definitely be ordering from them again.

My first time ordering the 151 Booster and UPC. The communication was 5 Star and the sales representative was honest. I will be most certainly ordering from GeekyZone more often!

I decided to order a sanrio plushie as the website had a large selection of imported sanrio items and I was very impressed, it was dispatched during the estimated date and arrived a couple of days later absolutely perfect.
The only downside I found was that there is no product descriptions for most of the sanrio items, so there is no indication of what size the plushies are for example. I had to find the plushie listed elsewhere to find out the size of it, so it would be super helpful to have item sizes in the description where possible.
