My Technician

My Technician, Fred was extremely thorough and patient in resolving the issue with insufficient space on my computer. He took time to assure that we are up and running without any further concerns.

SAM has been extremely beneficial

SAM has been extremely beneficial, he has helped repair numerous problems and explains why I was doing things wrong. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEEK online to fix everything.

Geek Online saved my computer!!!!

Geek Online saved my computer!!!!
I was hacked and I called for help. Now all the hackers are gone from my computer and my pc is updated.
Many thanks to Sam, the Geek who saved me!!! He was patient, competent, and extremely pro-active. Though I had to delay having him work on my computer until I could get home after a doctor's appointment, he very kindly talked with me on the phone to understand what had happened, then followed up with me later in the day, ensuring that he could get to work as soon as I got home. Many, many thanks to you, Sam!!!
