I have purchased a few items and 2 have arrived so far and I am very happy with the product, my only complaint is that they. Don’t reply to emails about concerns about the future. It would be sad if they did have to wind the business up. Businesses tip pay your liabilities before you pay yourself and answer emails from customers.
Placed an order they cancelled it no refund. They said I cancelled it. Do not buy from them they don’t respond to emails either. They give you vouchers then cancel

I used to order from here every drop and it would take 2 weeks to arrive I haven’t ordered from here in about a year until the last drop I ordered 2 pants and it’s been a month I got a update today saying my parcel has only just been dispatched from there warehouse and I live in Australia it’s gonna be another 2 weeks great job
I think they are in financial difficulty as thy informed me due to customs problems they had a delay in shipping. I made enquirers with customs and they had no knowledge of the claim, One item did not arrive and the second item was way too small. They have an unadvertised no refund policy which I believe is against consumer laws.
