They accept orders outside of business hours and then ignore you.
They accepted my order late in the evening. The site had nothing saying they have business hours or that the exchange isn’t automated. Everything looked like they’d send me the money right away. It said “send us the money to him” within some time window, and there was a timer. At the same time, I got no response—just silence from support.
Then the next morning, after 11 a.m., only then did they “wake up” and reply with some nonsense about how they weren’t working at that time. Why accept orders if you can’t fulfill them? It’s fine to have business hours, but warn people in advance. Don’t take people’s money and make them wait from evening until almost noon expecting the exchange to happen. It’s just a nightmare.
