My dad sent me a shirt he purchased for me. When I received it I laughed a lot. The shirt was about seven sizes too small. I sne an email to customer service and received a quick response. They were able to locate my dads order and seen he had ordered the wrong size. They quickly corrected the problem with no hassles. I cannot wait to get the correct size shirt because the one I received is a damned good looking shirt. Thanks for all your help.

The hat I ordered is absolute garbage! Threads hanging...would not fit a small kid! Just trash!

My experience. I had a minor issue with a purchased product and after contacting the customer service team the issue was resolved quickly. In communicating with the group, emails were answered quickly and resolution was accomplished. Thank you guys

I had no issues ordering and receiving my hat. My USAF hat is awesome as it has my old rank insignia (MSgt) and my years in service. I’ll recommend your company to anyone who asks about my hat.

The advertisement for this shirt was great but the product received was even greater. The product came on time or earlier in perfect condition!!!

I received my order from GearVet and I thought that I had order a 2XL but I guess I didn’t check my order that close. I contacted Gear Vet and they said that they would send me a new shirt at no extra cost to me. Lisa at customer service has been very helpful.

I am a 20 year Air Force veteran. I have purchased a number of items with this company. I like the great variety of products, the ability to customize, and the fact that they back up the quality of their merchandise. Their customer service is simply outstanding.

Because they keep in constant contact with you.Letting you know where your order is. If they're not sure they always check with you to make sure that everything is correct on the order before they send it out. The products that you sell are top notch.I would not buy these products from any place else.... You definitely have me as a lifelong.

Product was as promised, great customer service

I ordered a flag about a year ago and I fly the flag proudly. It is so good that I misordered a flag for our second home. Gearvet responded promptly and handled my problem to my satisfaction. Gearvet is an excellent company to do business with.

When mistakes are made, correcting them is the right thing to do. The customer service in fixing a mistake from Gearvet has been outstanding. The flag they delivered is terrific.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size by accident and they responded immediately telling me to keep the shirt I had and they would send me the correct size. I ordered the shirt because I loved the design and when it arrived I was excited by the material. First class all the way. I will be looking here first when I am looking for a new shirt

I found this company by accident on facebook while looking for veteran caps for my husband. I found a great cap to order, the process simple, the quality of the embroidery was over the top and my husband was thrilled when he opened it.
