The modules are well constructed. The Test is difficult. It helps do divide the test in parts. for each module one test. Is's a lot of information for people are unfamiliar with research.

The GCP blended training of GCP Central…
The GCP blended training of GCP Central is a very complete, easy to understand training on GCP. The online part is very clear written. I could do it on all my devices (tablet, laptop, desktop, phone). Also I could start, stop and re-start at my own time. The 'class room' part is interactive, I could ask all the questions I had at the moment I had them. I also got some more background information on the development of GCP and other rules- and regulations, which is very useful for me. I enjoyed following this training, both the online part and the 'class room' part.

-'Preparation' module uses terms not explained until the next (Basic) module;
-Many questions come before the relevant explanation.
-all text should be proof-read by a native speaker with writing experience, the number of errors is astonishing given the cost of the course
-I think the answer to the question concerning 'clinical trial on a medicinal product' is incorrect. the explanatory text seems different from the answers that light up as being correct

I’m sorry to read that you had a poor experience, but I would like to thank you for your feedback on our GCP light training.
Terms: these are explained in the ‘Basic’ module, because that is the first module. After the ‘Basic’ module comes the ‘Preparation’ module. The terms are always accessible via the information button. We will try to make this clearer for the users.
Questions: On myGCP one of our training methods is ‘Question driven learning’. You actively think about an answer instead of remembering what was mentioned in the text before.
Text: I must say that I agree, and it would be a good idea to have the trainings proof-red by a native speaker.
On a daily basis, we strive to correct errors in our content. Help from our student is always welcome as we sometimes miss an error. If, in the future, you find another error, please inform us through support@gcpcentral.com and we’ll try to find the question that you described and adjust it straight away.

Inhoudelijk goed, kost wel meer tijd dan beschreven
De inhoud van de cursus is goed; inhoud is duidelijk (wel een paar keer dubbele informatie in verschillende hoofdstukkken/modules) en wordt op afwisselende manier aangeboden. Wat niet klopt, is de tijdsindicatie. Er staat bij aankoop van de cursus dat het ongeveer 4,5 uur kost om de cursus af te ronden, terwijl er voor alle afzonderlijke modules samen bijna 7 uur staat. Deze tijd heb je ook wel nodig.

Wij hebben de tijdsindicatie voor de WMO/GCP herregistratie training inmiddels aangepast.
Fijn om te horen dat de inhoud van deze training jou goed is bevallen. Er staat inderdaad soms wat overlappende informatie in de training, zodat deze onderwerpen beter te verbinden zijn en contextueel in verhouding zijn.

Many documents need to be downloaded as…
Many documents need to be downloaded as part of the course. Downloading a document does not increase knowledge. Most of the documents are extremely lengthy: it is unrealistic to expect anyone to read all of these documents. it might be good to know that these documents exist, but an overview of available documents would suit the purpose.

Dank je wel voor je feedback op de BROK Herregistratie training die je hebt gevolgd. We kunnen ons vinden in je feedback. Daarom hadden we al technische aanpassingen en inhoudelijke werkzaamheden gepland. Deze maken het mogelijk om, in plaats van downloads, hyperlinks toe te voegen naar achterliggende brondocumenten. Zo wordt het ook duidelijk dat het niet de bedoeling is om de documenten volledig door te lezen. Zo resteert een strenge selectie van downloads met infographics en andere, kleinere documenten die essentieel zijn voor het vergroten en bestendigen van kennis. We hopen je bij deze voldoende te hebben geïnformeerd en verwelkomen je graag terug bij een van onze trainingen!

Course no longer accessible after purchasing the test exam
Nice course, however it disappeared immediately after I purchased the exam! So now I have nothing left to further prepare for the real exam. Very disappointing.

Thank you for taking your time to give us feedback while preparing for your WMO/GCP exam.
We’ve been in touch directly after your purchase. We fixed this as quickly as possible and notified you right away. We found out this was caused by a bug in our system, which is now prevented from happening again.
I’m sorry that you had to prepare for your exam with extra stress. During the exam your allowed to have the GCP Central training as part of the “open book exam” on the computer. While talking to you on the phone I could hear that this was very frustrating for you and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Some video's or questions won't work…
Some video's or questions won't work after a longer time of inactivity. Sometimes it took so much time to read that, I think, the program registerd it as inactivity and I couldn't open a video or question. When I closed the program and logged on again those video's or questions would open normal.
