A very bespoke service, I was able to build my own laptop so that I could get exactly what I needed without having to negotiate any of the 'big sell' tactics that you get from the bigger companies. The process was easy and the laptop arrived in good time.

I bought an iPhone off Amazon. Dec 6 2025. Said it would arrive Dec 13-16 2025. On Dec 12 2025 I got email saying they’d tried to deliver it at home but I wasn’t at home. Not true, I was and they didn’t. After that a succession of emails resulted in nothing. I tried to cancel but couldn’t. I asked for refund but was denied. I then asked for delivery to Evri shop locally. Yes, Evri! Had I known it was Evri I’d never have ordered it. Long story short, Evri says it’s been delivered now to collection point. Collection point says No it hasn’t. I’m no further forward. Gadget-Store is refusing my refund because the item has been delivered. It hasn’t. It’s probably for sale on EBay right now! I’m not actually sure that Gadget-Store exists. Companies House says it ceased to trade months ago. In that case, why is Amazon allowing it as a third party seller? I’ve only discovered this today. Be very careful in who you trade with on Amazon. By the way, Amazon itself has been of no use at all. Also, I’ve not been able to post a negative review about this seller. Mmmm! Something fishy in the house of Denmark!!!!

Great value for money. Took slightly longer than anticipated, but I was kept informed all the way through. Would highly recommend.

Bought a laptop for domestic, everyday, light use to replace my 6 years old Dell.
Same spec machine was 2 to 4 times the price if bought new from Currys.
Delivered as expected within 5 days and good communication at each step of the process.
Worked straight out of the box and looks like new.
First time using Gadget Centre, would definitely recommend them and would use again.

I purchased a laptop that developed a minor fault. The after sales service could not have been better so not only a great product but superb after sales service. Magnificent

Really happy with the laptop. There was an issue with the charging cable but a quick email to their customer services and a new one was forwarded out that day. Would highly recommend Gadget Centre for those looking to order a bespoke laptop.

the laptop when it arrived appeared to do all we asked of it, however the delay in shipping and and lack of notification was troubling. that said it came and so far we are happy

I ordered a reconditioned laptop, the second from Gadget Centre. As before, exactly as specified, looks good, runs perfectly.
Delivery took a while, but I live on an island so I'm used to that. I was actually thrilled they didn't hesitate to deliver here!
All in all a positive experience- shopping with GC is how internet shopping should be; simple, cost-effective, open, and right first time!

The process of picking the specifications was easy and gave me a price that was unexpectedly low and within my budget. Unfortunately I ordered my laptop during a particularly busy time, so I had to email a couple of times to find out about how my order was progressing but I got quick and helpful replies from Jake and Dylan N and when my laptop arrived I was really impressed with how good the refurbishment was. The laptop is smart and fast and everything I wanted.

From order to delivery was quoted as 3-7 working days; this actually took nearly a month and I had to chase them as they did not keep me informed.
When the laptop arrived, it was smaller than I expected, which was disappointing as I wanted to use it for gaming and my eyesight isn't what it used to be!
However, the quality and performance of the laptop are superb and I have no complaints. I feel I've got a lot of laptop for the money I paid and so I would recommend.

Was a little sceptical at first as they were offering High Spec reconditioned Laptops at a fraction of the new cost, but I did my research and placed an order for a high spec laptop. I have to say I couldn't be happier! Delivered in days and it’s a great Laptop and a fantastic upgrade from my old one. It also looks good with the vinyl wrap to protect it and everything is working as it should and it was set up perfectly for me. I added a 3-year warranty for peace of mind for less than a cheap night out on the booze! Would highly recommend as they offer a first class service from ease of choosing my specification, to ordering to delivery. A+++++++

Trusted these guys to build my son’s first laptop. So pleased with the result. Great spec for price, will do exactly what we need and at a great price (inc 3 year warranty). Also love the reconditioning of the appearance which made it extra special as a present. Early days but other than the lack of a thousand bits of paper and fancy packaging there’s no way to know it’s not brand new. A little bit of recycling also helps my conscience.

From the very first time I purchased my laptop. Service been outstanding,was delayed but not gadget center fault but carrier. Arrived well packaged looks brand new works superfast.

Ordered the spec I wanted and received exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. Would definitely use again.

The laptop is excellent so far and works really well. It took a bit more time to come but that's because they are so busy. Communication on delivery was excellent. Very happy customer.

I cannot recommend Gadget Centre. They advertise as 3-7 working days but in my case and I know others the laptop was not shipped until the 20th working day. I was slightly surprised by the size of the screen of the laptop but it will suffice. I fed back about the state of the charger itself but although ticketed did not get a response.

I had also ordered a rechargeable mouse but that did not arrive for an other week.. I could quite conveniently ordered one overnight from elsewhere. They did not offer a credit option instead.

Phone line was not available at least from when I placed my order in mid-November and general reply to emails was poor.

I am sorry but will not be using Gadget Centre again.

Delivered on time, wifi fast same as ethernet, starts quickly looks good, paid £360 with 3 year warranty would have paid around £600 for similar laptop,would recommend.

Had some trepidation at first but ordered a reconditioned laptop with hi-spec specifications.
Couldn't be happier! Delivered in days and now all my music files are safely stored and backed up!
3 year warranty too for less than the price of a Nando's!
