Received my gazebo very quickly, and Leah was incredibly helpful throughout the design process. The quality is excellent — I couldn’t fault it at all.

As the company only appears to praise positive reviews, i am not expecting a response. To all buyers: BEWARE!! The gazebo is not 100% waterproof, despite being wildly advertised as such. My son paid £1.6k for a gazebo that leaked as soon as it rained. Despite providing photo/video evidence, the company sought to refute thus by saying it was condensation and sent a video of a gazebo being tested under extreme conditions - a trickle of water! The CEO refused to budge so i am now bringjng this to the attention of potential buyers, Trading Standards and taking legal action. In short, the gazebo is NOT wateroroof.

Over the past 4 years, we purchased on two occasions 3x6 m Waterproof canopies from Gazeboshop. The first one came with the actual frame which we had to replace due to tearing at the seam. We used the canopies only 1-2 months expecting them to last a long time. However on both occasions, they did not last much and while we had them for less than two years, they had only been used less than 2 months each and were stored carefully. They tore at the seam and became useless. Having contacted Gazeboshop, they said it is not under warranty and offered 7.5% discount on a new canopy which we consider unacceptable. Would certainly not recommend them at all as we belive poor quality material is used and while it said highly durability, they do not last long. Never again. If had a chance, would have given it zero star.

Purchased the gazebo to cover a hot tub. We were sat out on the patio and it was gusty but not excessive. The frame was moving slightly in the gusts (weighted down with the weights bought from this company) until one of the legs suddenly snapped (we were sat next to it) and the gazebo collapsed onto the hot tub.

Sent an email to the company 2 weeks ago now, with photos of the damage, and they haven’t yet responded. They were very quick to respond to my emails when they wanted payment.

I wasn’t looking for compensation (stated this in the email) but I would have expected them at least to check nobody was hurt. The kids were in the hot tub only a couple of hours earlier.

We purchased the Fibre 50 Hex premium gazebo based on their claims that it can withstand the harshest weather and 30% stronger compared with the aluminium frame.

Only had it 5 months and the “very strong frame” snapped during gusty wind. Our £80 cantilevered canopy survived the winds just fine.

Having paid over £1,000 for this product, I had expected the frame to last longer than 5 months. All of the pivot pins were bent and several had ripped through the fibre structure.

Extremely poor quality design, does not withstand the “harshest conditions”. Gusty wind destroyed the frame and the covering fabric fell apart at the seams. Terrible quality.

Anyone considering a gazebo should avoid products from this company. Despite their marketing claims it can withstand the harshest conditions, their warranty states any damage caused by wind, snow and so on invalidates the warranty.

What is the point in buying a protective cover against the elements if the product is not covered if damaged by the elements?

The worst bit for us is they clearly do not care about safety and haven’t bothered to even acknowledge my feedback.

We purchased a 50 HEX Gezebo a good few years ago and its been absolutely solid as a rock covering our patio in winter and summer, so it wasn't a massive surprise when during storm Amy the canopy suffered a tear.

I went online and easily ordered a replacement. When I installed the replacement, the velcro components were slightly different, so I emailed Gazeboshop and they advised I'd ordered the incorrect canopy, so they swapped it out for me and refunded the difference.

They were absolutely awesome and checked my previous order and compared it to what I'd bought then sent me the link to buy the correct replacement.

I cannot recommend The Gazebo Shop enough! They designed an absolutely stunning canopy, side and full walls for my Caribbean-inspired bakery, Cocoa Yum Mum. The excellent artwork team took my ideas and even redrew my image to enhance its quality, bringing my vision to life in a way that exceeded all expectations.

I desperately needed a replacement gazebo as the one I had from Gazeboshop, bought back in 2012 broke in some really strong winds last weekend, 13 years is some very good innings for a gazebo that's been used pretty regularly.
I went with a stronger gazebo and I needed it for the following weekend.
The order was placed with free delivery on Saturday afternoon, it was then delivered on Wednesday, although the courier had left one piece back at the depot. Gazeboshop customer service was excellent, I asked about a missing part of the delivery at about 4:30 on wednesday afternoon and by around 5pm they had contacted the courier and found out that the missing part will be delivered the following day.

Everything got delivered by Thursday in good time for an event I was attending on Saturday.

Great service, great product, would absolutely recommend to others.

We've had our Gazebo just over a year now and its still in fantastic condition. From the initial design to shipping and delivery, we've been thoroughly delighted with our custom printed 3x3m Hex50 gazebo. It's easy to fit on our roofbars, set up solo and using the splendid 12.5kg steel leg weights we added on to the order has readily withstood 35mph gusts whilkst feeling secure inside! Can't recommend these enough, we are often the most sturdy stall at outdoor fairs expecially living in Norfolk with so many coastal events.

Fab product and printing is excellent. The product is high quality and has managed at multiple shows in various different weathers. Would highly recommend

The quality of this companies products are outstanding! I’ve bought many cheap gazebos in my life as a professional mobile caterer and they have all broken. Gazeboshop’s range on the other hand have lasted me years and are quick and easy to setup. They withstand rain and strong winds. I’ve also used their printing service and the quality is also second to none. I sent them logos that weren’t good enough quality and their team ensured they were optimised so that the resulting printed banner would be high quality. I also asked to have the products delivered by a certain date and while they couldn’t guarantee it they made the required efforts to make it possible! I highly recommend this company.

Just purchased a gazebo from the gazebo Shop the service was first class ,product was excellent. I was purchasing for a charity organization in Jersey so everything had to be ace , printing and the colour of the gazebo. Nothing was too much trouble Delivery was excellent and the young lady Tiffany could not have done more for us . We had a budget and they met it.

They were very friendly & professional.They dealt with my enquiry promptly and ensured that I was put through to the correct member of the Sales / design team. They messed up an order, leaving me without a critical item during the festival season. I spoke to them about rectification (e.g., a discount or a refund), and they said they would look at it. I chased them at 7 and 14 days, but they never responded to the original conversation or the two reminders.

Thanks for the reply here. Whilst your response is partially correct, there were no missed calls, just an email (which was too late for me to act upon). I also emailed twice after the fact, and received no response.
I would be appreciate the opportunity to discuss the gaps between your response and the facts, but I have already tried twice with no response. Maybe you could reach out to me directly? Thanks!

Thank you for your reply for this review, but Just want to correct you that the dimensions of the bag are nowhere on your site….as confirmed by the person I spoke with… only the size of the gazebo, which I already knew.
Ordered a wheeled bag for a 3 x 4.5 Gazebo.
Could not find any dimensions for the size of the bag - but as it stated clearly on their website that it would fit a 3 x 4.5 Gazebo, I placed the order. Delivered today, at a Delivery Cost of £15, and it it way too small. (Note - box was very lightweight and not huge, so £15???)
Rang the company straight away only to be told that the bag will only fit their 3x4.5 Gazebos and no one elses??
When I queried where this is stated on their website, she made the impression it was obvious and was very condesending. I did ask where I could find that on their website and she told me I couldn't.
I said I couldn't find the dimension of the bag, to be told that I needed to go into 'Pop up Gazebos' and then the Gazebo Shop by Strength section and click on the Gazebo 3x4.5 and it gives the dimension of their Gazebo - but not the size of the bag.
Fair enough - but what would be more helpful is if the dimension of the actual bag was stated on the website clearly - the lady I spoke with obviously knows the website back to front and found it difficult to understand that a customer shouldn't have to go into several different parts of the site without knowing where to look.
She said I could return at an additional cost of a further £15.
So...£30 for the bag £15.00 for delivery totalling £45 and then another £15 for return fee...Therefore it would cost our Charity £30 for nothing in the end.
Extremely poor customer service and very rude associate.
Moral is don't assume that your 3x4.5 gazebo will fit into the 3x4.5 gazebo bag that they recommend. Also, remember that your 3x4.5 gazebo is a different size to their 3x4.5 gazebo.
However, credit where credit is due...the quality of the bag received was fantastic and as long as you order the correct items and are happy then you won't have an issue, but unfortunately the customer service side needs lots of work
