We moved here in 2024, after an extensive search we had numerous quotes/visits and Gav was most competitive.
We had our garden completely re-done in Summer 2025 and couldn't be happier with the incredible work Gav has done.
He completely transformed our garden from start to finish, his attention to detail, care and dedication really stood out.
Not only did he transform our garden but completed all of our fencing , making everything look neat, solid and professionally finished.
He is extremely hard working, reliable and clearly takes pride in what he does.
We recommend him to everyone who requires a trustworthy, skilled gardener/landscaper.

Gav made a brilliant job of my garden. He was full of ideas in creating my garden and the end result far exceeded my expectations. He is reliable and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him.

We needed our hedge trimmed by three feet, new fence posts installed and a new lawn laid. We have used Gav in the past to install our new fence panels in the front garden and, because he was so professional, he was the obvious choice. I would recommend him to friends and use his services again.

We could not be more happy with Gav's work. We moved into a house that needs renovating and our back fence was dilapidated. Gav's price came in the best to replace with feather edge closed panels and 6 inch concrete gravel boards. Fence boundary included navigating tree roots and the garden is at different levels so it wasn't a straight forward job. He was fantastic and the results are truly professional. We will no doubt be calling on him for a full garden project at some stage. Don't bother with other quotes, just go with Gav.

Gav did a grand job when he replaced a dilapidated section of my fence and reinforced the rest of it. It's really strong and looks far better now.

Gavin repaired our shed, erected a new shed and planted shrubs in our garden. He is very methodical, calm and did a great job. Would highly recommend!!

Honestly speaking, I don’t normally do reviews unless I am seriously impressed. This is one of those occasions! Gavin understood the remit for the job, quoted professionally and reasonably. He started bang on time and the job went on longer than anticipated ( partially down to a neighbour who wanted to get involved with what I had chosen for fencing). Even though she made it frustrating, Gavin always kept his cool and went above and beyond to ensure she was happy too. Honestly speaking, Gavin should hold his head up high and quite frankly could and should charge more for his labour. I wish you all the best in the future and if anyone needs to speak to me about our experience please let me know. A1 all round and thank you again from the Wanless family.

Gav has transformed my small garden from an unusable patch to a really beautiful usable space. He produced a great design, made useful suggestions on layout, planting and how best to maximise the space. I have been very impressed through the whole process. He also built the summerhouse, connected a water butt adapted and added shelving and added the guttering. He planted all my plants and trees and did a great job. Gav was reliable, trustworthy, came in on budget and delivered a wonderful service. I am really pleased with my new garden.

Gavin fixed our neighbours' fence in January, and they recommended him to us.
He came to us to fix the whole side of our other fence, front and back, which was a mammoth task as it was a lot of panels, previously propped against trees. He put in new posts and sorted out all the panels.
He is very efficient and polite, and now he's coming back to put in drive gates for us.

Gav has laid a large patio and repaired a very sad courtyard where the crazy paving was breaking up.

First class job in both cases, Gav is reliable, knowledgeable and pays attention to detail whilst being friendly and accommodating to changes being requested mid job.

No hesitation in recommending him for any garden work!

Gavin supplied ,and fitted a new sturdy back gate, for us. His workmanship is excellent, and he is a very pleasant young man.
