We wouldnt use anyone else
We placed a very large order for personalised awards for an annual event that we hold. The customer service we received from Gaudio is second to none and the quality of the awards is fantastic in addition to this the professionalism of the team at Gaudio that we dealt with was superb and they are a credit to the company.

We have been using Gaudio for over 5 years now, and I have never had any problems whatsoever. We throw them a brief and award type we want and they come back with some brilliant ideas and on budget too!
Cannot reccomend them enough and we are looking forward to working with them on a number of projects this year!

Excellent customer service and excellent products
The customer service at Gaudio is brilliant and what keeps us as returning customers. The awards produced are always sleek and exactly as we ordered. The lost point is due to the packing they arrived in, though I did raise this with the team and they said they are always looking into ways to improve on this - which i appreciate. I really appreciated the email to ask for feedback from our order - it's not often companies spend time listening to their customers and Gaudio always seem to get this right!
