Ness is amazing.
we had absolutely no idea what we were doing as it had been well over 10years since we remortgaged and she walked us through everything (probably more than once).
She stayed patient with us even when I changed my mind about certain aspects.
She got us the best deal and knew how to proceed effectively and efficiently.
