Great communication & customer service from everyone we spoke to at gateway accountancy services. We were updated regularly and were very pleased overall with the easy process. Reasonable charges for our tax return as well which was fab. Thank you :)
I really only have good things to say about Gateway Accountancy Services. I am a self employed Executive Assistant, accounting is not my strength but Gateway have made the process of submitting my annual accounts so simple. When I do have a query my contact Jay comes back quickly and with a comprehensive explanation which I find really helpful. Punctual responses are everything when you're a busy professional.

The support from Jay was exceptional. He dealt with my tax return promptly and throughout the process demonstrated knowledge, attention to detail and patience, while happy to explain everything in lay terms
My experience was fantastic, my tax return was done straight away so instead of having to pay my next instalment I got my payment credited. Communication was great, friendly but professional at all times. One very happy client!
Jay was very helpful polite pleasant and had a great telephone manor he seems to be a good asset for the team at gateway accountancy nothing was a bother for him sorted my query out straight away as gate way was new to me he put my mind at rest with all the scams going on he reassured me that this was genuine. Jay and the team were very helpful and explained things to me so I would know what was happening or going to happen. They fit me in last minute bit still did their absolute best to help me even to the point of redoing my previously done tax return and I am getting a considerable amount of money back as I had done it wrong. Theu have been life savers and Jay Dixon is an credit to the company as he has been my main point of contact and has answered any question or worry I have had! He's been a pleasure to work with and I will be going back to him every year now.

After previously spending 6 months chasing an accountant who had done absolutely nothing to help me out, Gateway were an absolute breath of fresh air. They were informative and kept me up to date with every step of the process as they were going through it.
