Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. My advice is do not use this company regardless of the price because if something happens eg airline cancelling a flight, they will not help

I booked a flight from DUBLIN to FORT MYERS Florida for 26th DEC 2021, paid for it in March 2021. The flight was cancelled by the airline without notice. Despite numerous emails to the company I have only received an automated response that the refund will be processed in due course. it has been 15 months now and still no refund.
Travellers....Be very aware that there is no way of contacting anybody in this company if things go wrong and all you will receive is automated responses.

Note the date of my experience was 26/12/2021 but unable to use that date in the date of experience box

Best deal but best deal no more

Website easy to use. A lot of options given. I was able to find the best deal for my flight.

Unfortunately, after 5 days I received an email from them saying they need to refund my money and be in my bank account in 2 days because the price wasn’t right.
