I texted him around 8pm and he kindly replied and asked what the problem was. Once, I explained the problem, I got an appointment on the next day. Very punctual, friendly and professional.

Melvin is an extremely good gas engineer.
Punctual, polite, informative and friendly.
He has worked on boilers at three of our rental properties.
All issues were resolved immediately and where parts were required; he would return early the next day to fit them.
Great guy with morals.
I will be asking him later today to take on all our rental properties for boiler servicing and annual landlords certification, opposed to being lucky enough to be allocated him from our landlords emergency service breakdown cover.

I had a boiler breakdown and my insurance allocated Melvin at Gaswise to come out.
Melvin is very nice and friendly, explaining what the problem was, professional and on time! He kindly had a look at a radiator problem whilst he was here too.
I'll continue to use Melvin for all my boiler issues.

I contacted Melvin via text on Sunday evening and he was here, when he said he would be, on Monday morning. He even text me when he was on his way. He let me observe what he was doing, let me ask questions and answered them without being patronising. It was a minor problem involving the boiler, which was solved promptly. He even text me later in the day to check that everything was still working well. Will definitely contact him again if we have any boiler problems in the future.

I contacted Melvin on the Friday evening as my boiler wasn’t working. He came out first thing Saturday morning. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and the price was brilliant. I would definitely recommend. I have kept Melvin’s details as he will be the only gas engineer I use in the future.

Came out same day needed him, did the work for the price quoted, gave an invoice and a parts warranty.

We received an immediate response and clear communication to time frame and service. We needed a cooker installing and he helped us to make sure we had the right parts and gave us good advice during installation.

Got a quick appointment for servicing of my boiler and was well informed during the appointment. Had a water leak and this was booked in to be fixed the next day as some parts were required. Quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Fast service. Called before 9am with a boiler issue. Was in and first try and solving done by noon. Needed to order a different part and asked an associate for second opinion, which I really appreciated. New part arrived next morning and was again done well before noon. Fair price. Friendly chap and respected COVID by wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance me and the family.
