This air conditioner works really well it cools off our large bedroom and I would've given it five stars because this air conditioner is high end and not cheap it a has a good reputation it seems to me you really need to work on the remote Control Control. I would expect this from a cheaper brand but not this brand.
The fan speed on the remote needs to say what speed it's on instead of having the little hash marks, I II III etc...
I will put it on low but my remote Control Control will have three hash marks which is not low and then it will go down to one hash mark and then three I don't get it. I don't have it on auto so it should not be moving like that.
I put it on cool I live in California I don't have any of that moist air or any of that so all I have it on is cool low no timer or anything else just cool low but I can't figure out what the fan speed is on because it keeps fluctuating when I'm laying in bed and I have to get up and go look at it and most of the time it's on the wrong speed as I thought it was.
I should not have to do that please make a better remote control that actually says low medium and high on it please.
In spite of this remote control I love the air conditioner, it works really well. I like the oscillating vent so it doesn't just blow in one place I leave it on oscillating so it goes up and down it works great.

Received dehumidifier the next day after ordering and was packed very well. The Amazon person left it on the side on my porch although it was clearly marked to leave it upright.

The Gasbye vacuum sealer was easy to use, and the directions were also easy to understand. So far it works very well, and I am pleased that I purchased this brand!

Outstanding product and outstanding customer support.

My original purchase of their portable A/C failed while under warranty and Gasbye got a new one in the mail, with priority delivery at zero cost to me, all within 12 hours. I had my replacement in less than 5 days.

There was zero pushback in the 3 simple emails required to get my replacment and the replacement is not only a brand new model but it was also since redesigned with a new lockout feature and a change in temperature sensor location to offer more efficiency.

They dont just back their products up they listen to customer input and improve them! I dont typically go to these third party sites to leave reviews but I hope my story will sway someone on the fence into the right direction.

Gasbye does the right thing while the competition simply does not!

We just got it , used it on a few pkg of meat ,seems to work well ,has good suction .Love the five-year warranty.

I bought one of their dual hose 14000 BTU Gasbye units, and it worked excellent for almost two years. I was very disappointed that my unit quit blowing cold air recently, but I contacted Gasbye and they’re standing by their product. They assisted me with diagnosing the issue and unfortunately it wasn’t anything that could be easily fixed. Living in Phoenix, AZ, where the temps reach 122° in the summer, can be quite demanding for a portable AC unit.

Instead of telling me the normal, “Sorry for your bad luck” and saying there was nothing they could do, they offered to refund me and make things right. I was shocked because this rarely happens these days! I can’t say enough good things about the company, and no matter what, I’ll continue to trust and buy their products!

I had a well known sealer for about 15 yrs when it stopped working properly. I then did some research and tried another brand. I was not happy and returned it and bought an expensive brand. It was horrible, so it also was returned. Then I saw the Gasbye--odd name. I had never heard of it, but the reviews were almost too good to be true and so was the price. We seal a lot of foods--meats, baked goods, vegetables etc...This machine has worked wonderfully. Easy to operate. I love all the options like the double seal and the pulse vac. The product was shipped quickly and the company has stayed in touch from shipping to delivery to make sure everything was good with my purchase. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent product worked very well and is easy to use. The purchase was very easy and straightforward, and very well packaged. Plus the fact you receive spare parts. Also very quick shipping.

Shipment was on time. Product is working great got an extended warranty for two years by registering.

I was skeptical about trying Gasbye but was surprised when I received their 75 max/pint per day dehumidifier with pump. It is quiet and efficient. It seems smaller compared to competitors, and was easy to set up with simple instructions.

This is actually my second purchase of a Gasbye Dehumidifier. My first purchase failed after a couple of months (hence the 4 star rating). My subsequent experience with Gasbye due to that failure and interaction with their excellent customer service department caused me to purchase another of their products! (shout out to "Amy"! Great customer support, friendly, competent, and efficient!)

After more than a year of use, my Gatsby dehumidifier began showing an error code. I contacted customer support expecting the usual back-and-forth process, but to my surprise, they responded promptly and immediately sent me a replacement unit.
