When members use Garner to find a Top Provider, Garner can reimburse their out-of-pocket costs, including copays, office visits, medical tests, and surgeries. With Garner Assistant, members can find Top Providers who are in-network, available, and nearby, understand their benefits, and book appointments, with a dedicated concierge team available along the way. Today, more than 800 employers trust Garner to help over 2.5 million people get better care. Employers see 12% lower plan costs on average, employees pay 80% less out-of-pocket to see the best doctors, and Garner has saved employers over $1 billion to date.

Each time I've contacted customer service for assistance they've always been so helpful. I find Garner easy to work with.

The Garner team is highly professional

The Garner team is highly professional, customer-service-oriented, and able to resolve issues quickly as they arise. The reimbursement program is automated, so there's no need to involve the customers/patients. You guys are the true assets of Garner Company. Keep up the great work.
