Hi Emma,

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry, this isn't good enough, and I completely understand why you're frustrated. Being left without your watch, without your refund, and without a reply to your emails after your return was approved is not the experience we ever want a customer to have, least of all with a birthday present.

We want to put this right straight away. Please email us at support@gardpro.com with a mention of this review, and we'll trace your returned parcel and your refund as a priority and make sure someone follows this through with you personally until it's resolved. You shouldn't have had to chase this, and we're sorry you've been left waiting.
