So pleased with my rattan garden furniture set, easy transaction and delivered with no problems, really good quality for the money!

I had an issue with an order, which was entirely of my own making. Dom provided a very helpful and responsive solution and we are now the proud owners of the Non-Rocking/Rocking & Reclining Rattan Bistro set, which looks fantastic on our deck and is very comfortable. Excellent delivery and communication

Easy to order, fast delivery and a lovely product, seriously beautiful, comfortable chairs. I was happy to pay £1099 for them because they were advertised as being able ti leave out in all weathers including the winter. The trouble is. I bought these rocker recliners because they could be left out all year without having to be covered, I have no winter storage.
However, the instructions inside the package from the manufacturer says to use a cover in the winter. And in varying weather and the winter period, it is advisable that it is stored in a dry area. This is not what is advertised!!
I am now faced with having to try and buy covers for the set and I have no storage area to put them in.

. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth, do not use bleach, acid solvents or abrasive cleaners for
frame parts. Dry with a dry clean soft cloth.
• A furniture cover is recommended to extend the lifespan of the product. *

The cushion is not waterproof and should be stored in a dry area when not in use.
• During varying weather conditions and winter period, we recommend that it is stored in a dry area. Please ensure that it is clean and dry.
• In the event the metal frame is scratched exposing bare metal, treat with a rust repelling paint to avoid rusting.
• To increase the longevity of the furniture's mechanism we recommend using an anti-rust lubricant on the areas circled on the image to the right.

I emailed them as soon as we unpacked it all because of a couple of defective cushions.
emailed again and again reporting the problem but after 16 days have not even got an acknowledgement for the 3 emails let alone any action on the problems

Update,
following the review Dom did contact me with an acceptable reason why I had not received any answer to my complaints.
True to his word a new pair of cushions were delivered and I am happy with the result and have amended my 1 star review.

We live in an area not covered by free delivery and they were very helpful regarding our delivery process. The product arrived earlier than expected and we are very pleased with it

Apart from having to hump three large boxes and a heavy wooden pallet from the pavement into the garden, the whole experience has been wonderful. The three-piece rattan set is of very good build quality and of excellent materials and construction, and very comfortable now installed in my newly-constructed Log Cabin summerhouse. I would recommend Sapcote and this product wholeheartedly.
