Lots of sizes available to choose from which is great. However, the staff seem very unhappy to be there and treat customers as if they’re unwelcome and a burden. So many side conversations going on between staff that they don’t realize when someone is returning clothes that they don’t want to purchase in the dressing room. Definitely feel as though the staff is judgmental which makes me not want to go back.

My orders got here fast and in good shape. The material of the clothes is amazing and allows for movement. Loved the colors! Everything was great

Disgusted by the attitude of staff in the bluewater store! Accused of lying about wearing a £20 tshirt when I attempted to return it just because the tag was cut! Utterly ridiculous! I could have worn it with the tag in and the tried to return it so what a crazy policy. The attitude was appalling and I won’t be buying anything from them ever again nor will my daughter. So don’t buy anything unless you are 100% sure you want to keep it! You might also want to check before you leave the store for make up marks otherwise they will accuse you of that too. I was treated like a thief in that store today, very poor customer service! If it hadn’t been my daughter’s money I would not have bothered for something so cheap.

The staff were not too pushy like usual. I find that I am usually bombarded with questions as soon as I enter the store, and it is quite annoying. The staff were polite and very patient while fixing a problem with my gift card.

I was charged for an item that was not part of our purchase and was not in the bag. Still waiting for a response regarding a refund!

I’d love if you carried long sizes. As a tall girl I loved how the perfect peach flared leggings fit but they aren’t long enough. Maybe having availability to order tall sizes online in store?

La boutique de Laurier Québec edt rendu très petite. Aussi, j'ai demandé a la vendeuse un chandail bleu marine ...elle a fait 3 pas et a dis, ha non on en a pas en magasin. J'ai fouiller moi-même et nous en avons trouvé 2 modèles. Très décevant.

I understand the look of the clothing is "sexy" I was there with my teenage daughter who is very petite and can wear your clothing without it being too revealing...that being said I could see part of a female staff members areola...that is absolutely appalling and should not be tolerated at any retail store in the mall. This is not the first time said employee has been dressed extremely inappropriate.

I love the clothes, but they seem to pill over a short period of time. After one wash the item of clothing never looks the same. This even happens when washed by hand. If the quality of material could last longer, I would buy a lot more clothes knowing they would last.

I really love this brand! The quality is very good and lasts a long time. They have very good customer service in stores. I love their online site because of the clarity and quality ( easy to use). The only thing is the prices of their products, I do believe that they are overpriced. But if you have money too spend spend garage is your best option.

Love the stores options and clothing designs, however I don’t love how limited sizing is for the products. I think it’s ridiculous that the store can offer sizes as small as an xx small for all products but not so much as an xxl. It would just be nice to have some oversized options that would double as size inclusive options.

Maybe you can add some cool colors and low saturation, some of them are already really good
