What a refreshing company!!! Haven't met a company this genuine in a long time and as someone who has been affected by the Warranty Direct / Lamp Insurance group debacle, David has given me the most thorough explanation I have ever heard around GAP insurance and the whole market in general and it really put me at ease with the whole situation. Needless to say, I have now taken out top-up GAP insurance with these guys on both mine & my wife's vehicle to see us out to the end of ownership and I will certainly be returning to GAPInsurance.co.uk to cover us for all future vehicle purchases. 5* service!

My initial call for a quotation met with an immediate response from Tim, followed up by a comprehensive e-mail detailing a very competitive offer. On receiving delivery of my new car a week later, this quotation did not alter and David talked me through the fine print to a successful 4-year Gap insurance cover for my car. I hadn’t even heard about gap insurance until the dealer who I was buying my car from was trying to sell it to me (along with another £1200 worth of unnecessary extras). I decided to do a bit of online research and after clicking on a forum by a company recommended on moneysupermarketexpert I came across several reviews saying how the recommended company had failed to deliver. One person had recommended gapinsurance.co,uk. So following a bit more research I was pleased to read all the 5 star reviews. I did an online quote which came to less than half the £399 the dealer was trying to sell me. This quote was for a 4 year replacement car gap insurance opposed to the dealers 3 year back to invoice insurance. I phoned the company and spoke to Tim who was very polite and helpful and not at all pushy. Then after checking the underwriters were safe and legitimate, I called again and spoke to David who was also very polite and helpful and not pushy either. I would highly recommend using these guys as they are open and honest unlike the dealers who just try to push for an extortionate quick sell to obtain their commission. Thank you Tim and David for some peace of mind! But obviously the ultimate test is if I need to make a claim
