The shoe has printing on the side of an address that was not shown in the pictures posted on instagram. They will not let me return. Very disappointed. I will not purchase from them again.

China scams
People these are scams from China. All the positive reviews you see here are people/companies they pay to write them. The tracking system is bogus. The credit cards companies ate not helping the consumers. Do not buy from these Chinese companies. All facebook advertisements ate scams from China and now they're all over Amazon

I ordered my sneakers (Olive Green & Black AF1s)1/18/25 and received them 2/3/25.
I was nervous about ordering because it was my first time buying with Ganebet. My sneakers were top-notch and I love them!

When they say 20 days shipping that’s no joke. The shipping process is the SLOWEST I’ve ever seen. I tracked my order starting less then 4 hours from my house then went to the other side of the country just to sit for a few days Then it made it to a spot within 2 hours away Now who knows where it is. USPS Claims they never had possession of it during its adventures.

scam, I ordered a pair of Air Jordan shoes for my daughter. The order was shipped but never crossed the border of the sender.
I reported to Ganebet but they did not respond to me although it is well written on their site, response within 24 hours!!! They managed to delete my order without telling me anything, so I can no longer track it!!! And of course I was not reimbursed. A dishonest company. To flee
