Good service but needs a pinch of adjustments.
All in all Gameworld has the friendliest Staff/Customer service In probably all of tunis, never had an issue with a delayed gift card code or a rude interaction, sure the prices can be worked on further since some articles can be found cheaper in other shops, Despite that i keep coming back here for the good service, i had a gift card code issue one time and as soon as i contacted them they fixed it.
The reason I haven't given a 5* rating is that I had a not-so-pleasant experience with a headset that I purchased from the site not so long ago. The Logitech headset was a bit expensive; it seemed to have a manufacturing error since one of the ears stopped working after using it twice. I contacted them immediately, and they refused to even look at it.
I know it can be problematic to have every malfunctioning article replaced or refunded, as this can be abused by some people; however, a 1 or 2-week return policy could prove Beneficial.

My experience with gameworld.tn was…
I ordered a Netflix gift card from gameworld.tn because the website clearly stated that delivery would be done by email within 15 to 30 minutes. That was the main reason I chose this service.
Instead, I waited over 15 HOURS with absolutely nothing. I had to call them multiple times just to get an update. Only after all that waiting and chasing did they finally respond — not with the code, but with a message saying “sorry, out of stock.”
This is completely unacceptable. If the product is out of stock, it should not be advertised as available, and customers should not be left waiting half a day for information that should have been communicated immediately.
To make things worse, the refund process took an unreasonably long time, and the customer service was rude, slow, and disrespectful, as if the inconvenience was somehow my fault. No accountability, no urgency, and no professionalism.
This experience shows false delivery promises, poor stock management, and terrible client service. I strongly do not recommend gameworld.tn to anyone who expects honesty, speed, or basic respect as a customer.

We would like to clarify that the order was placed late at night, outside of our working hours, which contributed to the delayed response. Once our team resumed operations, we identified an unexpected stock issue with the Netflix gift card.
At that time, the supplier price for the code had increased beyond the amount paid. We immediately informed you of this situation and proceeded with a full refund (remboursement) as soon as possible.
We acknowledge that communication could have been clearer and faster, and we are taking steps to improve real-time stock updates and customer support responsiveness to avoid similar situations in the future.
We appreciate your understanding

Sehr enttäuscht von meiner Bestellung was komplett anders erwartet hatte und musste mehr als das doppelte Bezahlen.
Es gab keine Entschädigung, ich wurde einfach über den Tisch gezogen.

Ich habe ein Produkt gekauft und bezahlt, ich musste dann eine Rücksendung veranlassen, angeblich war die Ware beschädigt! Natürlich bin ich Schuld da ich keine Beweis Fotos vor der Rücksendung gesichert habe. Sehr ärgerlich vertrauen is gebrochen.

Nicht empfehlenswert
Ich habe für Spiele jeweils mit dem Originalpreis von über 25€ keinen Cent erhalten, weil wenige Kleinigkeiten fehlten. Die Spiele waren immer noch spielbar. Ein weiteres Spiel, was nahezu perfekt war, habe ich für 6€ dort verkauft, obwohl der Original-Preis 38€ (!) war.
Das ist einfach nur Abzocke und würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen!!

Great experience and the fastest service compared to similar websites! I purchased an Apple Gift card online for the first time with gameworld and it’s better than expected! I received the code within w few minutes after the purchase was done and was able to purchase the App that I wanted.
