The supply and delivery is great
The supply and delivery is great, but its a downside that it chooses delivery point for you based on proximity. Being able to choose would be a plus.

Many thanks for your review and feedback. What would make us a 5-star shop for you? Quicker delivery perhaps?
#1 best website for UK shoppers
The website has a great selection of brands (I'm a GamerSupps fan personally). Delivery times are adequate for the UK. They're always up to date with new products from every brand and they let you know what's new in stock through email (if you choose). The only issue I have is that I would love to be able to filter out items that are out of stock.

Excellent
Excellent! Ordering from America is an extremely slow process with several steps required from me as a customer. Gamerbulk provides me with what i need in 2-3 days lightning speed! Nowadays i always wait for gamebulk to be restocked before i order.

Very slow Shipping.
Very slow Shipping.
Ordering directly from the US is cheaper and just as fast. Paying a premium for this european reseller is not worth it as they will take a week just to ship your order.
In my case the postal carrier didn't receive my order until 5 full business days after my order was placed and 2 days after GamerBulk claimed it "shipped".
They also heavily contested this review to get it taken down.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact our support for assistance. Processing time should be 1-3 business days (if order does not contain pre-order items).
EDIT: I checked the information you provided and your order was shipped two (2) days after order placement.
