everything was great. Guides were very knowledgeable, all staff were friendly, breakfast, lunch and dinner were 5 star. A very enjoyable time. Recommending to all our friends.

The whole trip from Quito in Ecuador to the Amazon rainforest cruise and the Galapagos cruise was arranged like clockwork by the Galapagos Travel Centre including private transfers and internal flights.

Our family's Galapagos cruise was a magical, unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations. The snorkeling was phenomenal, revealing a vibrant underwater world teeming with sea turtles, sea lions, and colorful fish, while the islands themselves showcased an astonishing variety of wildlife, from blue-footed boobies to giant tortoises. What truly made the trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine passion for the islands created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like family.

Perfect trip for our active/nature/science loving family. We selected Galapagos Travel Center's Multisport - Island Hopping Tour - 7d/6n (First Class Accommodation option). This option was land-based meaning our accommodations were always on land vs. a cruise where accommodations are on a yacht.

I typically plan all our family vacations, but wanted to engage specialists for this unique visit. It paid off. Andres, at the Galapagos Travel Center, was organized and responsive. He listened carefully to our preferences and priorities to ensure we selected the best package for our trip. Our experience was fantastic and included top notch service from beginning to end. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

A few highlights:

-Our tour package was well curated and action packed with hiking, biking, snorkeling, boating, and many wildlife sightings. Although downtime for resting and venturing out was figured in daily, our teenager opted to skip out on an activity to gain a bit more downtime.

-Our Santa Cruz guide, Maritza, heard that our teenager spoke a little Spanish and worked in a few opportunities for him to practice.

-All our Galapagos Travel Center curated guides, accommodations, and activities included both Spanish and English speakers.

I highly recommend using Galapagos Travel Center for your Galapagos island adventure.

Our consultant (Diana) was excellent, right from our initial enquiry. Diana's communication, recommendations and assistance in securing our preferred Galapagos itinerary and arranging Quito private tours was first class. Our overall experience was much better than we hoped for.

The team provided everything they promised and did it very well. Every question was answered, as well as, plenty I didn't were also answered, along with providing a helpful info packet with lots of details covering immigration and customs tasks that had to be completed prior to entry into the Galapagos.

Not only are the destinations superb, but the fine detail of the service is outstanding too.It has never been so easy getting through an airport, in fact several airports !
Napo Wildlife Centre and Galapagos Angel are really up to top hotel standards for accomadation, food and service. Highly recommended from start to finish.

The logistics were comprehensive and no detail was ignored. The hotels and accommodations were first class. The personnel were all patient, helpful and respectful to this older lady. Diana helped us plan a wonderful trip. Our guide our first day in Quito took us around the old city. He was knowledgeable about the old city and inciteful in helping us understand the history of Ecuador and the country today. Then we transferred, seamlessly, to the most amazing experience on the Cormorant ll. The boat was everything we hoped it would be based on the pictures we saw. Our room was exquisite and quite large, the balcony a pleasure. The common areas of the boat were beautiful and comfortable. Ricardo did an amazing job making everything flow. Our naturalist, Malena, had a depth of knowledge about everything in the Galapagos and a love for it that she passed on to us. We saw incredible wildlife with three or four outings every day. Somedays we snorkeled twice a day. Crew helped us get into and out of our wet suits and then wrapped us in warm towels! All of the crew were friendly and attentive making this trip an experience of a lifetime.

All the personnel on our ship, our Quito guide and in the sales process beforehand were professional and extremely responsive/helpful. The trip was amazing. Great itinerary; saw so many birds and animals.

The itinerary was thoughtfully designed and the guides were excellent!! The only issue was the Hilton Hotel…..we didn’t have any hot water when we arrived and was located in an area where were no restaurants within walking distance.

We had the most exceptional experience with the Galapagos centre from start to finish. We were so well taken care of at the moment we booked with Fatima Ortiz and went with the travel centre. All the fees and the itinerary was transparent and detailed. Although Sometimes hard to fully understand what to expect with the boat tours as it is contracted out such as when to wear swimming gear. That was no huge deal, All in all it was still very well thought out. In fact we were directly connected to a travel agent once we landed. She connected with us on wassap so we can communicate any issues.
There was just a small hiccup with our lunch. We were asked to eat a late lunch one day (we got two complimentary lunches) and to make up for it Mariantoreuda fixed it and gave us a complimentary warm breakfast before we left the islands. Now that's customer service!
We felt super safe and well taken care of. The hotels were 5 star service and rooms were super clean and comfortable especially at the Ikala hotel! Great food there too!

Incredible experience! We did the combination Galapagos Islands catamaran tour (5 days/4 nights) and Machu Picchu with the "luxury" option. Great hotels, food and guides all along the way.

At each airport we were greeted with a driver and told when our next guide would meet us. The 13 day experience was a full schedule with just enough down-time to relax or nap. We both thought the scheduling, accomodations and food were excellent.

We didn't quite know what to expect. We booked solely based on the reviews we saw on TrustPilot and TripAdvisor. Great experience and highly recommended
