Absolutely awesome experience. No issues, everything occurred as planned.

When looking for a cruise, I found the Galapagos Travel Center online. I called them while I was in Europe and got a warm, professional response. The Travel Center was instrumental in guiding us through the choices as I was looking for the right cruise for my daughter and me. The representative explained in detail the differences between the various cruise options. We decided to go with the 8-day trip on the Infiniti. It turned out to be a perfect choice.
While preparing for the trip, the Travel Center answered all my questions including those regarding the payments, the daily program, the equipment provided by the boat and the details of the cabin. All documents were sent promptly and explained in detail.
The hotel they had selected for us for the one night before and one night after the cruise was the Go Quito Hotel in downtown Quito. It was a 5-star hotel with a fabulous restaurant on the 17th floor (breakfast was included) and a beautiful spa and pool. We liked this hotel and were glad that the Travel Center had selected it for us (rather than a hotel at the airport).
All in all, I felt we were in very good hands having the Galapagos Travel Center as our trip organizer. Thank you Galapagos Travel Center!

I wanted bird and wildlife pictures. Three of our days were in geologically interesting areas. Did not see flightless cormorants or flamingos If you want birds, choose a different cruise

Every outing was so well planned, a great daily balance of activities led by guides who knew their stuff and were fun to be with. The amount of snorkeling we did was incredible, we saw every animal we wanted to see and one of our guides had an excellent underwater camera and gave us photos of our wildlife encounters. Thank you for orchestrating an unforgettable trip.

Absolutely Amazing trip, Fantastic Planning!

Fluent in English. Very professional and informative. Top service and meals. WiFi, bathroom, room and everything are perfect. Require tips for all staffs.

The crew of our yacht made the entire experience, from the cabin attendants to the cruise director, to the naturalists.

Very thorough directions on what to do. Their mention that your passport must not expire within 6 months of entering the country saved us!

Our guide, Daniel, and the rest of the crew of the Angelito were marvelous. We had a fabulous time and we highly recommend this trip to others.

The boat we were on Bonita. With 16 people it was the perfect size. Our shipmates were delightful and from all over the world. There were three of us. My daughter was in a separate cabin. The cabins were just the right size. We did not spend time there but on deck. The crew was wonderful and so helpful. The excursions made the trip a once in a life time. The scenery was so Galapagos. The organisms in and out of the water were spectacular.
Elizabeth, who helped us book our trip, was so patient with my numerous questions. Even though some of them were already answered she answered them again.
I could not recommend this trip more. It was extraordinary. If you want to go to the Galapagos take this trip.

Great communications and addressing our issue

Galapagos Travel Center made our trip to Galapagos seamless and stress free. Gabriela Aguilar was so patient and thorough with us. She answered all of our questions and did her best to accommodate our requests. We visited Santa Cruz, Isabela, Bartholomew, and North Seymour. We had an amazing time at all of the islands -- our guides were so knowledgable, kind and made it a wonderful experience! The only downside is that we had a couple of delays due to miscommunications in Isabela island, but they did not affect our overall plans and travel.

We had a wonderful time in the Galapagos. The communication with Galapagos Travel Center was excellent, responsive and always timely.

All my questions and change of flight were addressed quickly. The Galaxy was wonderful.

Galapagos Travel helped us explore Ecuador including Quito and the Galapagos!
Giovanny gave us a great guided tour of Quito including history and geography. Thankfully he recommended the teleferico ride up the mountain. Great time.
Javier and the crew of the Montserrat were amazing. A combo of history, geography, and science made the two snorkel trips and two hikes per day (for 8 days!) better than we could have hoped for. Whether tortoises, turtles, sea lions, iguanas, rare birds, or sharks, we have hundreds of amazing photos to remind us of this trip of a lifetime. Javier made sure everyone saw each rare find and made sure the entire group was engaged and safe. His subtle humour and humility was perfect.
Getting to share meals with guests from around the globe was the final treat.

We booked our Galapagos cruise through GTC via the website. The process was clear and communication fantastic. All queries and concerns addressed promptly. Would recommend.
