For the most part it was an easy process. I had questions and spoke to a representative who was very helpful.The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was that funding took a little too long.

People had told me about Gainbridge. I decided to give it a try. I bought an annuity from Gainbridge and another from Prudential (which some of my friends really liked). Doing business online and over the phone
Doing business online and over the phone is putting a whole lot of trust in their hands. I am old school when it comes to that, I would rather walk into a building (brick and mortar) as they call it and do a banking transaction. However, I have several annuities with GB at this point and they have been outstanding from start to finish and made me feel comfortable and confident all will go well and it has in every aspect. Professional, kind and competent no matter what REP you happen to speak to by phone. They assist with patience and understanding and I am happy with the results.

Great product but flawed online portal
Gainbridge offers great products, but as an on-line only company the process to purchase an annuity is unnecessarily complex and prone to error. It took months to update my address which cannot be done on-line and prevented me from purchasing another contract, It took many calls and emails to their outstanding support team to remedy the situation and complete the new contract.
