I applied online for a 3yr annuity @ 5.25% and when it posted to my dashboard @ 4.90%. I called them and explained everything but got nowhere. I was told the rate changed the day I applied. I told them it was 5.25% online when I submitted. Was NOT happy!

High investment rates and great customer service
I appreciate the higher rates with the relative solid credit rating. In addition I like you can purchase small annuities allowing for laddering. Lastly, I have spoken with customer service twice and was treated very well both times, issues were solved and in a very friendly fashion. I will continue to use Gainbridge as one of my primary fixed investment sources.

Seamless process
The online application was easy to complete as well as the transfer of funds from my savings account. I got confirming emails along the process to let me know the status of my application and transfer.
I made one phone call to Gainbridge to ask about naming my beneficiary, and was given direction about doing that as soon as I was invited onto the portal. The person I spoke to was easy to understand.
