I am giving 1 star because a lady appears to be a manager who was serving, was not aware about some information and I observed the behaiviour is offensive and rude towards the staff, I observed this many times when I visit the St.Pancras.

Still a good little spot in central london
I've been coming here for a while now. The staff have changed, not as polite now but still a good little spot. The food is a weekly guilty pleasure.
They seem to not be so friendly to allergy sufferers now, even attempting to deter. It's a shame because the location and food offered is ideal for customers such as myself. The food is 5 star but customer service is 3 star whereas I would have given the customer service a 5 star review when it first opened with different staff. Nevertheless, I still go but not as often.

We always try to price our food and coffee fairly, with accordance to the high-quality ingredients we use and the craftmanship of our bakers and baristas. Our station bakeries offer us the opportunity to serve thousands of commuters and travellers each day; however, that level of accessibility comes with higher operating costs. We always strive to deliver great value for everyone passing through, but sometimes there will be a slight difference in costs to account for it.
