Not the same standard as other Gail’s I have been too. I ordered my drink to have in, received it to go, waitress chucked it into a ceramic cup for me. Bit dirty, bathroom flooded. Staff bored and disinterested. Way overpriced for a take away coffee thrown into a cup, it’s like they forgot their coffee is the most expensive of all the coffee shops and should be a premium serving

First visit to Gail’s near market square Cambridge, chaos in there, girl working there started arguing with me saying I was wrong on hearing her say something but my husband also heard what I heard! No tables, people just nursing empty cups and using the free WiFi, freezing cold as the air con was on and it was 2 degrees outside in January! Disinterested staff. Never ever going back, horrible experience.
