Best place to buy

I have bought from Gadgethyper for years and I have been provided nothing but great products and customer service. If there is a problem they confirm the problem ND send another without having to return the defective product. If there is a price adjustment they will refund you. They go above and beyond for their customers and I will continue to buy from them moving forward.

My Main Controller Shop! Amazing Customer Service!~

Every order I've ever gotten from GadgetHyper has been top quality and their customer service has been top notch. Since 2025 I've ordered the Blitz 2, Direwolf 3 & 4 (with charging docks), Dragon Ball Vader 5 Pro, Mobapad Huben 2, and the Wuchang Apex 5. Honestly if they carried Gamesir controllers one day this place would be my one stop shop.

All of these have come in the best condition and have never failed on me not once. Now that the Blitz 2/Rainbow 3 have a charging dock I ordered that as well because I know the quality and the consistency that GadgetHyper provides is top notch.

Their customer service has been responsive (even given the time zone difference) and professional. Pre-orders have been smooth and arrive in an expected timeframe. Their website is easy to understand and navigate through. I only just started collecting controllers in 2025 and they will be the main place that I order controllers on going forward. If you want any of the top tier controllers from Flydigi, Mobapad, BigBigWon, and now Leadjoy as well: get them from here.

Don't buy this crap from China

Bought the Vader 5 pro.
It's super uncomfortable to use, my hands hurt after 5 min due to badly designed ergonomics.

Due to having tried it Gadgethyper won't take it back according to their policy. I should have bought it from an EU site instead that provide proper customer support, allowing returns of shitty products.

This is their returns policy from their site:
"Returns Policy
...
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is in its' original/unused condition, in the original packaging.
...
- Returns are not accepted on used items.
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements."
As long as this is in their returns policy I cannot see a refund likely even though they write they will.

Other than that, the price to return it from where I'm at in Europe is about 1/3 of the controllers cost.

What I've cited above is copy-pasted from your webstite (without the spaces): "gadgethyper . com/pages/return-policy"
The ... parts have been edited out as it's not relevant for the quote.
And here you have another quote from your own site, with no edits: "The item MUST be returned in its original/unused condition, in the original packaging, and shipped back within 7 business days. Return and refund will no longer be accepted if you miss the return window. "

You really should consider reading what your website actually says before accusing others of not telling the truth. And with that being written as the premise for a return, I risk losing my money, shipping fee and the controller if I decide to try to return it.

You are really just earning the one star review here.

Where do I begin

Where do I begin? So, I purchased the ZD Ultimate Legend Controller on Amazon and not directly through Gadgethyper or the manufacturer, which unfortunately they no longer have it available on Amazon. A few months in I started to notice something was wrong with my left joystick, eventually leading to stick drift and not working properly. Over time it started to get worse. I eventually found out the first batch had some (mechanical?) issues and that they had stabilizers issued, which in turn the later batches have them installed. I reached out Gadgethyper to see if I was qualified to receive the stabilizers. At first they were not able to help, however after a quick turnaround, Emily was able to help me receive the stabilizers. I can't thank her enough as my controller functioned the way its supposed since the day I bought it! Thanks to the Gadgethyper team!

Excellent Service and Support

I recently purchased two controllers from GadgetHyper and had a fantastic experience with them. One of the controllers ended up having a hardware defect, but their customer service was incredibly responsive. They replied quickly and immediately offered a replacement once the issue was identified.

What impressed me even more was their willingness to accommodate my request for a different model than the one I originally purchased. They were very understanding and happy to help, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Shipping took about a week both times, which was perfectly reasonable, and everything arrived as expected. Overall, their service was top-notch, and I really appreciate how professionally they handled the situation.

I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back to GadgetHyper for future purchases. Highly recommended!

The controller have bought stopped working after 15 Days and the customer do nothing ni response no nothing so dont expect after sale service and no warranty this is a chinese scam.

Good Selection, Easy To Order

The website is pretty good UI wise, the colour scheme isn't overly bright so it doesn't hurt my eyes which is nice.

The ordering process was super simple, the checkout showcases all the optional addons you can order along with what is in the basket, including upgrades to the current basket items, this was helpful as having to go manually looking for them can make ordering uncomfortably slow.

Paying for the order was super simple, and thanks to them providing both PayPal and the pay in 3 option, it made it much easier for me to feel comfortable spending almost £170 on a limited edition controller and all it's extras, without having to worry about not getting my money back or getting scammed.

The item I ordered was the "Flydigi APEX 4 Wireless Controller Honkai: Star Rail Firefly Limited Edition", I also got the additional "Magnetic Charging Stand & Bag Bundle & Metal Badge" with it as well, because why not, right?

For those wondering, delivery for the UK at least is trackable via the "Shop" app/service, so I could see it moving around in real time which was a nice touch. Delivery was pretty quick all things considered, even with standard delivery selected, it was ordered on the 14th, processed on the 15th and arrived to me on the 21st of the same month.

They handle the packaging really well, zero marks, scuffs or damage to either the external or internal boxes, and so far, I've had no faults or issues with the product itself and I use it daily.

My only complaint is some products simply become unavailable and are never rereleased or restocked, the evangellion edition of the same controller is a prime example of this, its why i ended up going with the firefly version instead when placing my order.

Hope this helps more people go with this company, as honestly, they are the easiest and cheapest source of these types of products I have managed to find online in years, and definitely deserve all the customers they can get.

Fantastic customer service

I ordered a controller and a load of accessories from Gadget Hyper and unfortunately the controller had a minor but frustrating fault. I raised a ticket and received a response within 24 hours asking me for a video of the issue. I sent this straight away and within another 24 hours they had responded confirming the engineers had looked at my video and confirmed it was a hardware fault. The same day they shipped me out a replacement controller with no expectation for me to return the faulty unit. I very rarely leave reviews, but their customer service was of such an unprecedented high standard that I thought it should be shared, and it is the least I could do for a company that clearly cares about its customers. A big shout out to Venus who was my excellent and attentive customer service rep though the process.

Incredible customer service.

Incredible customer service and communication. Probably one of the best people I’ve purchased with. If you have a question or concern theyre quick to communicate back with answers. There was an issue on my order, beyond their control, and GadgetHyper staff was quick to respond and help me with that issue.

My experience purchasing with them is comparable to walking into a physical store and being helped out by friendly and competent staff. 10/10.

(UK) Good experience with support.

My Vader 4 Pro had a defect on the D-pad after ~8 months of use, where pressing down without a lot of pressure wouldnt consistently actuate it. After a little back and forth through email with proof of the defect and a factory reset, they have sent a new controller to me. Was very simple, big recommend if anyone wants a Vader 4 Pro in the UK.

A Niche Store That's Thankfully Totally Legit

I ordered a laptop cooler, it arrived and was defective. I showed customer support a video of the defect and quickly received a full refund. I ordered another one, it arrived and so far it's performing great.

I sorta flooded them with questions, but they responded to all of them and were very kind.

Shipping wasn't fast, but I'm in the United States and it's the fault of geopolitical crap and not the store.

The products I bought were the same price as they are in other stores. In fact, this was the only store that carried the laptop cooler I wanted.

There was very little information about this store, so I was cautious and worried it wasn't legit. Thankfully, I am as certain as I can be right now that this store is a safe place to buy electronic accessories.

Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE

Absolutely AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Firstly they sent my son a broken controller, so I paid AUD82.40 to send the broken unit back to China from Australia and they wouldn't reimburse the postage, it was my son that sent it back I just paid for it. They then sent me a condescending email saying read our returns policy have a great day. F##k this shop Absolute sh!t show! Stay away from their customer service is dog sh!t!

I have had a great experience with GadgetHyper (Australia Order)

I have had a great experience with Gadget Hyper. I purchased the Flydigi Vader pro 4 Assassins Creed Black Flag edition Controller. I am ecstatic. The controller is 1/ 500 pieces made limited edition. The build quality and overall use case experience has been amazing.

This controller beats my Xbox elite 2 controller hands down! I cannot be happier. The built in technology for gaming is unlike anything you will get in Australian retailers for the price. Imagine you can change your RT button trigger to work similar to a mouse click when playing shooters. You can change the tension of the sticks with built in dials. I absolutely love the controller.

Gadget hyper is trustworthy seller. I ordered the controller with expedited shipping on 8th Sep received it in 7 business days from China. I was able to track the shipping in real time step by step. I didn't expect this transparency and was pleasantly surprised.

Customer service is great and responsive, i messaged them on 3rd day of ordering as i was little impatient and skeptical, and they immediately messaged me back with shipping details. Amazing communication.

I will buy from Gadget hyper again and i encourage everyone to support their business. They are partners of Flydigi and recently Gamesir. Note, sellers in eBay, Ali express etc. are over inflating their prices with long shipping waits, however Gadget hyper is offering genuine products at MSRP, incredible customer service and lightning fast shipping from overseas. If you want to buy Flydigi controllers go to them. I have ordered from Amazon USA which took longer as compared to this store.
