Tok y Hyundai i20 serviced from gaadizo gurgaon .the process was simple ,i booked ad visited thir workshop
They replaced engine oil ,filter, brake pads , also fixed the steering noice
Got my car service in gurgaon on time and within budget
Also the hygiene was taken by the workshop as well nice work gaadiO

I recently got my car serviced at…

I recently got my car serviced at gaadizo gurgaon
And overall it was smooth experience .
The team explained the estimate clearly
Used genuine parts and kept me updated during the work
My car cooling issue and minor suspension noice ,which they neatly fixed
Gaadizo feels more professional and work oriented as compared to others
Delivery was on time as well

Visited gaadizo workshop last Wednesday for my fortuner service and suspension work
Car is running smooth and also they staff and mechanics are having good knowledge
They found the exact problem in suspension and replaced only the arms and linker
Will recommend to all

Extremely Bad Experience:

Extremely Bad Experience:
1.Maruti IGNIS- for Servicing: Found under satisfactory. The estimated amount is nowhere to what I had to pay.
2.Maruti Alto-for Servicing: The estimated amount was Rs.2200/-, however I ended up paying Rs.2800/-.
3.Honda City- for Servicing and Denting Painting. The estimated amount was Rs.4300/-, however I ended up paying Rs. 7350/-.
4.Tata Indica- for Denting Painting. The estimated amount was Rs. 31000/- and ended up paying Rs. 40000/-.

Besides the exaggerated payment recovery following harassment and unprofessional issues faced:

1.Both interior and outer cleaning was for granted, accumulated mud was lying in patches.
2.No greasing of door was done in any of the cars.
3.No greasing was done in any of the connectors in the bonnet.
4.The Battery connectors were loose and self startup issued occurred multiple times, until I approached a local mechanic, who tighten up the screws.
5.All the above vehicles were allotted to Advisor Rohit, he is totally unprofessional, cunning, and money minded.
6.Details shared by Rohit and actual settlement will always be different.
7.He is not a good human being, and will speak of only money.

Gaadizo is totally Scam.

Gaadizo is totally Scam.
I visited with lots of hope at Gaadizo service centre on 21st Jan,2025. I'm the first Person to reach therea at 9:30am to get my car service on time but they give my car at 3:30pm.

1.Same:- they don't provide the bill same time and told me that to pay the amount of Rs 3500 , I paid and left ,next day I got the bill of Rs.3300. when I asked for refund,they give excuses. But still not done.

2.I have paid Rs 1000 for my car accelerator repair when I drive my car next day , the problem was still the same.
If you know that you can't fix it why you took the labour charges of Rs.1000.
3.When I come to for service washim was allotted for my car service after and hour some kid kindly of person was doing my car service, which looked unskilled by doing work.

4.Mr.Kapil was the person who were doing my car inspection, after when all billing done, he said sir pahuchiye aap, this the way you treat your customer.

Bad thing my car wasn't wash properly as there's no electricity as they don't have back with generator,
Boys wash my car with bucket of water and duster.

Totally waste of time and waste of money with unskilled staff.

Big NO NO for Gaadizo.

Thanks to Gaadizo for their scam on me…

Thanks to Gaadizo for their scam on me today. For listing lots of activities to be done on my car but only provided Engine oil changed, oil filter changed and air filter changed at 3,000/- for Chevrolet Aveo U-VA, petrol, 2010 model. And they were just telling me faults they did not even check.
Not even a test drive was done but they were just telling me faults they don’t have any ideas about. The fault they told me it will cost 4,000/- roadside Machanic fixed for only 100/-

Extremely Poor car service and No Customer support

I gave my car once for service and got an extremely poor service somewhere in Dec'21. I thought I will never take service from Gadizo again.
But I got multiple followup by their CS team for giving one more chance. In Jul'23, I opted again and yet again I got extremely poor service.

The service work tasks given to Gadizo were not completely fully (rear sensor work, clutch pad work etc were pending) however they kept my car for almost 3 days.

Soon after the service the car has started getting pickup issue and it doesn't show proper pick up now. Apart from that, I have asked Gadizo to install a new branded windshield (I paid for top quality item) and it cracked in just 15 days without any impact on glass.

And the most important point, when I am trying to reach them for support they never respond (I tried reaching Mr Kapil for almost 10 times)

I would advise people to refrain using services of Gadizo as they neither have proper car repairing capabilities and nor they take customer issues seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with the…Gaadizo

I am extremely disappointed with the car service I recently received from “Gaadizo”. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The incompetence of the service center left me dumbfounded. A normal service of car model of 2020. I was told I will get the Video recording of my car services
Firstly, when I got my car back, the thottle was acting up. It's as if they didn't even bother to test the basic functionality of the vehicle after the supposed "service." My car was sputtering and hesitating, which is a clear indication that they didn't pay any attention to detail.
Furthermore, my fog lamp was completely mishandled. They returned my car with a fog lamp that was hanging loosely, almost ready to fall off. It's evident that they lacked the basic skills required to properly secure it, or they simply didn't care about the safety of their customers.
To add insult to injury, the wiper blade replacement that was promised was never done (They charged for the same in the bill). I specifically requested that my wipers be replaced, but when I got my car back, they were in the same worn-out condition as before. It's as if they conveniently "forgot" to address this issue and you can come down to workshop for the same.
Last but not least, the decarbon service they were supposed to provide was a complete joke. I had paid for this service, expecting a thorough cleaning of the engine to improve its performance and fuel efficiency. However, there was no noticeable difference in my car's performance, and I suspect they didn't even touch the engine.
Overall, my experience with this car service was a nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place. Their incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and failure to deliver on promised services make them completely untrustworthy. I will be seeking a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

Pathetic!

Pathetic!! Cheaters!!

I went for service of my car. First they made me wait for 2 hours to get the number and the moment car's number came, within 30 minutes service was done . I don't know whether they changed oil filter and air filter or not. They charged me for ac filter also but I don't think so they have changed that. They gave me estimate of approx 25k for my suspension which I repaired in 3.5k. They just want to scam you in the name of brand. Please go to local mechanic it's much better.

Gaadizo picked my vehicle DL5CP 8776 …

Gaadizo picked my vehicle DL5CP 8776 on 21st September 22 vide receipt no 3812. They came to deliver my car on 23rd September 22 but I was shocked to find that the cover lid of my petrol tank was missing. I called up the manager Yogesh and he very casually said that it has been missed by them n they will send it to fix it up which may take around 40 minutes . Very strange . How can one miss such a part on the body of the vehicle which is prominently visible . It proves how careless they are and how negligent they are . On top of it , the manager started arguing as if it is very normal . May be they do such practices in other matters also. Now one should check battery , tyres , specially Stepney , fuel , tool kits etc before taking delivery . Not trust worthy at all . Please think twice or thrice before using gaadizo . It was my first time with gaadizo and it was worst.

Very poor service.. All mechanical person very rood behavior... Bhai khi or se service or repair krwa Lena wrna.. Yhi gaadizo ke chaakar khateeee rhoge... Sir ap dubara ajao hum dekh lenge.. Drama all staff..

Pathetic service provider

Pathetic service provider. I had sending my WRV and Honda City for servicing to gadizo but i am totally disappointed. two times i have visited after servicing but they don't satisfied me and also they are not able to solve minor problem then i had send my car to Honda Authorised workshop and then they had solve my problem. So i personally recommend don't go to GADIZO
