Don't go anywhere near these shysters. Twice I have advised them that I cannot access the software they claim to have sent. No response. Yet when I asked for a refund I got a refusal within the hour. Rip off merchants.

When you have a problem, G2A doesn't respond. They simply keep your money and say the responsibility lies with the seller.
Next, they will send a link to a BOT that is completely unhelpful.
Buying anything on this website carries a serious risk of losing money.

The dont send me the articles, no support answers for weeks, but...

Got scammed by a seller, gave me a account for Creative Cloud but worked for a couple of days. When you contact the seller they say:

"Our email service migration is complete, and services have been fully restored. Please note that only the access link (URL) has changed—your login credentials remain exactly the same."

Nothing is restored and the problem remains. Your money will be gone. 30 bucks down the drain.

If you contact G2A they will not respond.

Scammers get a free pass on this site. G2a will not do anything about it,

Hasło do konta opłaconego na 6 miesięcy zostało zmienione po 2 dniach.
Najgorsze że nie ma żadnego kontaktu ze sprzedawcą a totalnie dramatyczne że support G2A wogole nie odpisuje na prośbę o jaką kolejek interwencję.
Slaba strona bez żadnego wsparcia, zapłaciłem 630 za rok oryginalnego konta i nie zamierzam o 300 zł rocznie więcej sie uzerac z takimi stronkami.

Bought a Gamerprofile which should hold path of exiles 2.
Thry dont give you the game! Only profile and they scam cheat and lie to never give you your money back!. And now after i have sent 10 pictures of order history and all kinds of thing to figure out to grt my money back and them to acknowledge they havent sent me a profile with a game on it.
But now they just say that its not the right profile i use. And the status is abnormal. Lies LIES LIES LIES! WHAT CHEATDIRTBAGS! i will let paypal disclose this now. And make a police report

Compre un producto digital que dejo de f uncionar en poco tiempo , era una suscripcion anual.
Me contacte con soporte y me dijeron que contacte con el vendedor , me volvi a contactar con soporte porque el vendedor no me respondia y me contestaron que contacte nuevamente con el vendedor y cerraron el chat imposibilitandome a contactar con ellos . servicio de atencion pesimo y los productos que venden de dudosa veracidad.
Poco tiempo después me devolvieron el dinero . Les había dado una estrella pero necesitan mejorar la atención al cliente.

I was sold expired cash voucher. Contacted seller no response, contacted g2a, provided needed info and after waiting 4 months they closed the ticket as resolved but it was not actually resolved. They send me an email to open new ticket and when I tried to open with reference to old one, they told me I already contacted them for the issue. So far, my money is gone, voucher is not working, and my issue is resolved for g2a lol

Muy buenas como bien sabéis me gusta dar reseñas, que hasta el día de hoy solo he tenido reseñas positivas.
Pues hoy me he llevado una desagradable noticia.
Por cierto en la empresa G2A, la cual está formada por compradores y vendedores como si se tratase de una cooperativa, que me parece perfecto así hay más vendedores más ofertas y mejores precios hasta hay todo me parece MARAVILLOSO.
ESTÁ RESEÑA VA EN DOS RESEÑAS.
la primera para los responsables de G2A, los viajes me han vetado bloqueado y coaccionado por una reseña interna que hice de uno de sus vendedores.
La cual está más que argumentada con fotos de que llevo la razón, insisto RESEÑA PRIVADA, vamos a decir una queja, pues no dejaron de enviarme correos que para solucionar el problema TENÍA QUE CAMBIAR MI VALORACIÓN.
Cual es mi respuesta una vez argumento los echos con pruebas yo te ACCEDO a tu presunto CHANTAJE por llamarlo de alguna manera que me devuelvan el dinero ya que el producto no era correcto, vamos las claves no funcionaban.
Y cuál ha dicho mi sorpresa de hoy BLOQUEO DE LA CUENTA, por no cumplir con la política de la empresa
Cual es la política de la empresa coapcionar a los clientes para que cambien sus reseñas .
Me he quedado de piedra yo pensaba que en este mundo hacía libre libertad de expresión siempre y cuando no se falte el respeto.
Pero es que para colmo cada correo que enviaban me tomaba las MOLESTIAS de contestar cuando todo estaba demostrado,
Y para colmo cuando he llegado ha ustedes y veo la puntuación ojalá y lleguen lejos pero esa no es la actitud y para que luego contesten o digan cualquier cosa voy a enviar aquí las pruebas de todo lo que os he dicho.
POR ÚLTIMO RECOMENDARLE ENCARECIDAMENTE QUE CUANDO QUIERAN ADQUIRIR UN PRODUCTO LO PIENSEN ANTES.

inability to contact support

SCAMMERS WORKING WITH SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY. Was scammed our of 100$ did everything they requested now they don't even answer my emails.

WORST SITE EVER

I bought the CD Key which was used 3 days before I bought it.Support doesn't exist, they aren't answer me after 48h
On my questions which i can chose not write(there isint an option which i want to ask) is answering bot.Seller all the time is making excuses to make this issue long time problem

After i send him all the confirmations from Steam suport and other needed screenshots he pays attention to trivial things without noticing that I bought CD key on 08.10.2024 and on Steam suport confirmation i written that CD key was used 05.10.2024.

I am tired of this situation I never buy anything again on this site also I gonna dissuade it to everyone couse I simply dont want for them to make same problems and waste that much time as me.

bought a game key that turned out to not be a key at all, it was an accountt with the game on it. wanted to get my money back, they said they cane refund me cause I'VE SEEN THE ACCOUNT DETAILS, which is when I learned that it was not a game key at all (even the button said "reveal purchased key")
