Graham + Sibbald Recensioni

I have just had this company out to provide me with a Home Report as I am selling my property- from the start there was good communication and when they arrived they informed me what would be the next steps. i was also sent a copy of the report and was encouraged to call them if there were any details i wanted to discuss further. i would highly recommend

Within 30 minutes of asking my Estate Agent to arrange a Home Report, the Graham & Sibbald Kirkcaldy team had sent me an initial email and then telephoned to arrange an appointment - made as quickly as for the next day!
Zoe attended and carried out a very thorough survey, keeping me informed as she progressed around the house and garden.
I appreciated Zoe briefly going over her findings with me and then three days later (this included a weekend) I received the finalised Home Report.
All communication from Zoe and her colleague Laura was very prompt, clearly articulated and friendly.
I highly recommend G&S as a company and I thank Zoe and Laura for their first class service.

A rare skill nowadays, it seems, to balance professionalism with personability but Zoe has it. She explained the process, had time to answer questions and/or concerns and went the extra mile for us. Thank you Zoe, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and her company

Professional and responsive service, everything that was needed to support and conclude the sale. Great communication, pleasant folks over there, and will use them again in the future.

Malcolm came round to do our home report and understood our desire to be on the market as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours our home report was ready to go. Thank you for going that extra mile for us.

Polite, fair, honest and open when discussing potential issues and causes for concern.

The team were polite, our surveyor was polite, respectful to the people around the house and was open about his concerns to allow open discussion. Pushed back where required and made the process simple and easy

I recently had a Home Report done on one of our properties by Gosia Kilpatrick. She was very professional throughout her visit. She arrived promptly and was very complimentary about our flat. The draft survey was emailed to us the next day and we approved it. We approved the final copy the same day! No amendments were required to the survey report. Excellent service.

Amazing service, needed my EPC updated, needed an appointment, Cameron managed to offer appointments to suit, completed survey ASAP, great communication, rapid response, would highly recommend,
Anne paisley.

The service provided was second to none. The surveyor was respectful of the property, thorough and communicative. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Gosia was very friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting out home report completed when we needed a quick turnaround.

Fast and efficient service from Graham and Sibbald Paisley. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive.

Can’t fault Neil Cromarty Inverness branch. Came to survey my parents house for Home Report and discovered they had got Cavity Wall insulation put in! Obviously devastating for me trying to sell property but he went above and beyond to contact colliegues over Scotland to try and find companies that would extract this cavity wall. He gave me contact details and as a result i got a company which has now extracted the cavity wall and at a very reasonable price. Can now move forward with selling property but
Thank you again

The first hurdle of putting our house on the market was made with a very prompt appointment to carry out our home report. I was met on the day by Richard who was genuinely enthusiastic about the job that he was doing. I had a great chat with him and he talked me through everything. He made the entire process rather enjoyable. Thank you very much for your service.

Be careful with this company. If something goes wrong they aren't very forthcoming in remedying the issue.

We are currently in an unsafe house with scaffolding poles holding up our ceiling and have been for 6 months.

We are in the process of suing Graham + Sibbald for professional negligence.

Gosia at Graham & Sibbald carried out our home report for us and made our whole experience so easy and stress free. Gosia was such a pleasant and professional person and really made us feel at ease. Throughout the process the team were there on hand for any queries we had. Brilliant service!

Top quality, timely and personable service provided by Andrew Sinclair in undertaking and preparing home report. Extremely helpful and kept me advised throughout the whole process which was delivered in a quick and efficient timeframe.

Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Graham & Sibbald.

Fantastic customer service received from everyone, especially Craig who went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely recommend Graham & Sibbald to anyone that required this service. Thanks to everyone for all your efficient and prompt service.

We have just had the home report sent to us which was done very quickly in a friendly and professional manner. We are very happy with the service we received, thank you very much.

I instructed Graham and Sibbald to carry out my Home Report as I was aware of their reputation as local experts. The surveyor Mikey Gill went above and beyond to ensure the survey could take place quickly and the report was completed within 24 hours of the inspection. An excellent service from start to finish.
