Good experience overall, just wish the robot had arrived sooner, that's why i'm giving 4 starts. still happy with the service and would use them again.

We had been searching for a humanoid robot for a while, but the per-day pricing from most places was just too high. then we found this company, and their one-month rental option was honestly perfect for us since we needed the robot for content creating and video production for our youtube channel.

as fast, we were a little unsure, just because this was our first time renting something like this. but the second the robot arrived, we were excited. it came in a big box with the manual, remote control, and everything else we needed, and the whole delivery felt very organized. the team also helped us get everything set up the first time, which we really appreciated.

in the third week, we ran into a small issue with one of the robot's movements, but their support team helped us reprogram it and the process was smooth.

honestly, i think the business model itself is a great idea. not everyone wants to spend more than $70,000 buying a robot, so renting one is a smart option. overall, we had an great experience and i'd definitely recommend them.

not sure why futurobots has bad reviews, but for us they was amazing. from booking to delivery and logistics, everything went fine. the robot was incredible and made the whole experience even better. the team was helpful and professional, and we had no problems at all. i really strongly recommend them.

I've been trying to contact them for over a week no answer over the phone and no answer via email. Are they still in business?

Además, el sistema utiliza cuentas con crédito y no queda claro el riesgo real hasta que ya estás dentro.

La publicidad muestra beneficios poco realistas y no refleja las pérdidas posibles.

They charged my credit card about $15,000 but never delivered or contacted us when delivery was scheduled. Do not use them.

thank you for let me write this, i give 4 starswe wait long time to get the robot. but the robot is so cool. we use it for our event. it do what we want.i wish we can rent for one week not one month. we only use it for 1 week. but we pay for 1 month. that not nice.but all was good. we save big money. and the robot work good. the insurance help too. thank you robot people
