In the past I had an issue with a door fitter that fitted a composite door from Future Products.
The door fitter went out of business and I had issues with my composite door.
However since Chris Thompson became the company’s team lead, reply’s and answers became real and was achieved he came and reviewed my issue (door 30 months old) then returned with a new door and fitted it correctly.
For the first time since the fitter started ignoring my calls and went bust, the door because of CT of Future Products now fits and shuts correctly.
GREAT RESPONSE, GREAT CUSTOMER RECOVERY.

I decided on this company as it was 'British Quality' and 'British Manufacturing'. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had gone with the cheaper option of having a door shipped over from China. No one seems to take pride in their work these days. Some of the issues were - window cassettes being on the wonk, side panel welding was poor and the key barrel is too long for the width of the door and nothing like the picture in their brochure. I would not recommend the Solidcore product to anyone. When I complained it wasn't what I was expecting they just told me to read the small print at the back of the book... This brochure is for guidance only.
To be fair to them they did replace the side panel + trim. The fitter realigned the cassettes.
You've been warned... I wish I had done my research first after seeing all the other reviews.

I recently contacted my installer regarding a composite door which had developed cracks in it, he just laughed it off saying it was 4 years ago even though we had a 10 year guarantee and his supplier would just laugh it off also. After 6 months of trying to get my installer to do something I decided to contact Future Products myself, I contacted Kelly and sent her the photos of the door which she requested me to do. Kelly contacted me the next day saying she had arranged for a new slab to be delivered to my father in laws as I was representing him as he is 85. Cant THANK Kelly enough for her help, only wish my installer had the same confidence in Future Products as I did. Would certainly recommend Future Products for the way they have responded.

Delivery times great customer service great only had a couple of problems in the last three years sorted out straight away highly recommend

contacted company for advice as the composite door they provided leaked via glass panel. i asked them if they had instructions on how to remove glass panel and refit ( they have a selling point that the panels are removable) they would not give any advice and just told me to speak with installer. in short doors leak and customer service is non existant

They supplied 4 composite doors to a door fitter, they was aware was faulty, they did not inform the fitter or me, 2021.
The fitter retired to Spain and my door along with neighbours delaminated they have made no effort to put this situation right.
They supplied me with a replacement door that arrived damaged and now they ignore my email.

Just got a stable door fantastic quality product 10/10 for quality and service, manager Chris will go the extra mile to accommodate you , will definitely use again .

I can highly recommend future products, I have been using them for over 2 years and there products are are always of a high standard, all the staff are so helpful and will go above and beyond to meet delivery times and always on the phone to help with any technical queries.

I buy composite doors weekly no problems at all had 2 issues but both was resolved straight away everything is generally delivered within a week and if any delays i am informed by email

I can’t shout about chris Thompson and Kelly enough both always return my calls if I have any questions much better than other suppliers I have used

Dreadfull service.
Tryed to get a replacement faulty composite door lock which was 2 weeks out of warranty so had no issue with paying for a replacement as customer needed urgent as unable to use front door 3 weeks down the line im still chasing delivery.
Poor service will not be ordering any more products

Telephoned for help regarding bi-fold doors .
Hardly used as new build property virtually unlived in prior to us moving in recently.
Spoke to receptionist who basically didn’t want to know, and l quote, “ l don’t have time for this”
Doors and windows all poor quality, avoid this firm at all costs,

Really poor, please avoid.. windows are made poorly, seems stick out and not inverted, paint missing on the frames, when I've asked out a touch up pen, they have no idea if it's a matte or satin finish.

Told to research it.

Please avoid they will take ur money and ignore u.

What a bad company to deal with. Firstly the external door was made incorrectly [The door is hinged on the wrong side]but they blamed the instaler for not ordering correctly.Not long after the instaltiion was completed [Due to health reasons I can only stand so much dust before my severe asthma kicks in] the glass panel in the door cracked,and the instaler contacted this terrible company who eventualy agreed to change the glass panel.After a number of E.Mails with various excuses and using as very lame excuse the corona virus for no parts were available. Two years on I have desided to get the door replaced and the door hinged at the correct side at my cost,I will then take legal action against this company who think that I will take this problem without any action being taken. I could go into more detail but it is not just me who have this problem with this company. But they are wrong,They can not hide away from the law. I HOPE THAT THEY CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE PUT MY LIFE IN JEOPARDY AND BEING HOSPITALIZED WITH SEVERE LUNG PROBLEMS.

They always use agency drivers so they can blame them if something goes wrong then don't use them again,my van was poorly loaded the night before 4 heavy doors held on by one fabric strap I took them back because they were damaged at 4.15pm after doing 450 miles being up since 4am told to take them back out to Bradford got back home at 9.45pm 16 hours driving next day told not to go back to them anymore.drivers be aware if your in at 3am and get back before 12 you will be asked to go out again if you refuse you will only get paid for the hours you have done,no organisation no communication between drivers and transport unless you are lucky they pick up the phone

Quite possibly the worst company I have dealt with. Had a fault on an external door reported in August 2020 it is now January 2021 and I still haven’t received a replacement. After phoning the company to ask to speak with the rep they have refused this and disconnected the call. Do not buy from this company

Ordered a door with two sidelights and another sidelight for the porch. Multiple issues with this so beware: 1. Them purchase order said 2 week delivery. It took 4 weeks for the sidelight to arrive on own and then another week plus for the door to arrive. 2. The door frame is not easy to fit to order size unless you have left some significant leeway in your brick frame. Due to the way you have to assemble the door and sidelights together. 3. The door lock keys arrived without a key card code for ordering replacement keys, this is a problem in a house hold that requires more than 3 keys. 4 they don’t have customer service and they only talk to the agent and not the customer. And lastly most importantly - they produced the door too snug to the frame. And therefore it is impossible to adjust as much as you try playing with the hinge screws - it won’t work. It settled too heavy down,
Bottom line - a disaster. Don’t buy. Go with a safe Rei own supplier.
