Amazing customer service
I had Ese dealing with my situation after I had my car written off in crash - dealing with future finance and specifically Ese was exactly what I needed at the time. Ese was very empathetic with what I had been through and had genuine excitement for me towards my new vehicle. Her kindness, empathy and hard work ethic was easy to see even just over the phone which I am very grateful for, especially during stressful times, thank you so very much future finance team !
I also need to add I had a last phone conversation with a lovely lady named Jo to go over the last confirmation and she was amazing, we had a very genuine conversation and she was so cheerful and insightful - it was truly what I needed at the time and I couldn’t thank her enough either.

Very good experience the lady that helped me work things out @sara Jennings was really helpful and patient with me helped me get my loan and sorted me out nice and quick only thing from getting a 5 star is the interest rate was rather high at 19.9 %
