Kevin was helpful friendly knowledgeable and efficient. His work was of a high standard and done in a timely manner he cleaned up when he finished Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous service. Aiden has fitted a charger for me before and he remembered me, which was nice.

The cabling was done really neatly and they cleared up all the mess before leaving.

Overall I am really pleased and would highly recommend

Kevin fitted our Ohme EV car charger today and was fantastic at every step of the process. He rang the day before and gave me a time of arrival, which was extremely accurate, he turned up on the day, on time, looking smart and immediately got to work. His professionalism was second to none even fixing things from the original build of the house as it was unsafe. He explained the process step by step in a language I could understand and once installation was completed he helped me download the app and setup the charger with the typical settings someone would want. Top marks to the company and Kevin for a great job as I can't fault them

Dean made the installation process so smooth and easy. He suggested a suitable spot to install my new EV charger, and helped move my stuff in the garage to ensure a correct location was identified. He worked efficiently and cleanly and was professional and friendly. Dean was amazing and a credit to Ohme. I’ve been delighted with the whole process - but Dean was the real winner as he even helped me to set up the Ohme App!! If I could give 10 stars - I would not hesitate! Thanks Dean!!!

The 2 gentleman talked me through everything. They were kind and considerate.
Also I wouldn't even have known they were there apart from a wee bit of drilling..

Kevin was fantastic when installing our Ohme EV charger. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Our install was relatively complex but he was able to get the extra parts he needed and come back and fit the charger on the same day!

Kris was excellent in fitting the new charger. He worked quick and efficiently and walked me through the whole installation and the app afterwards.

Our charger was installed by Adam and Emma and we are very happy with the job that they did.

They were both polite and really helpful. On the day, they messaged to let us know an arrival time and kept to it. They asked about our preferences for locating the charger unit and offered advice where we were unsure.

The installation was an excellent job overall. They explained everything that had been done and left the area clean and tidy. Adam took us through the basics of using the charger and its app.

Once again, we are happy with the work done and would use them again if we needed anything else.
