Better than a laptop in many ways
Six months in, and I still love using fusion 5 10 inch window 11 tablet. I originally bought it as a lightweight backup to my laptop, but now it’s what I reach for first. It does everything I need: browsing, document editing, Zoom calls, and media playback, without any hassle.
The Intel processor and 8GB RAM handle multitasking with ease. I’ve even used it for light gaming and photo editing, and it performs better than expected. The full HD 10-inch screen is a joy to use crisp visuals and excellent color accuracy for the price.
I also love the multiple connectivity options. The USB and HDMI ports give it a real edge over many other tablets. It’s a device that blends portability with productivity in the best way. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Decent display quality
Even budget models seem to have acceptable screen brightness and color. Users often say the display “looks better than I expected for this price”, especially for HD movies, school boards, etc.

Compact and handy, minor downsides
The Fusion 5 tablet arrived quickly and worked straight out of the box. I bought it mainly to use while travelling, and it’s been excellent for that. Only slight complaint is the sound, it's okay with headphones, but internal speakers aren’t the strongest. Still, I’d definitely buy from this brand again.

Great all-rounder windows tablet
After using this Fusion5 tablet for over a month, I can confidently say it offers great value. The Windows 11 OS runs smoothly, supported by the powerful Intel 13th Gen processor and ample 8GB RAM. The 10-inch Full HD screen is vibrant, and the touchscreen responds well to input. The device’s connectivity options are excellent the USB 3.0 port and micro HDMI are very handy for work and entertainment setups. Issues using the Fusion5 tablet that was purchased. A factory reset it did not fix the issue therefore a clean install was done on the device which fixed the issue however the drivers are not on the microsoft site and some of the features like tablet mode did not work. I've reached out to support at the start about getting these drivers, support seemed very helpful and after providing receipt of purchase, pics of the device, and more. Communication has stopped. Last communication over 1 month ago and 8 emails sent since the last communication with Ella at support. and still nothing. Very Poor, would not recommend to anyone. Tablet still unusable

Tablet missing uk adapter
Can't fault Fusions customer service.
Tablet arrived with american adapter instead of english. One email and new one put in post - unfortunately RM seemed to have lost it so one more email replacement adapter posted and recieved next.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I wouldn't bother
I wouldn't bother, spend a little extra and get a good brand. I had to re-install some drivers. Went to the manufacturers website, download center. And there was no drivers. just a form to fill in as if i was reporting a fault. Opened the live chat. nothing for hours. gave up in the end. This is what you get when you cheap out on tech. 20 years in IT, and i class this as barely useable. works out of the box. but if you need to fix anything (which you will at some point) you will regret buying this. On a positive note.. it looks nice i guess..

Fast reliable Service
I had tried to.order correct charger from 3 different places. All were wrong size. Fusion5 is the only 1 that sent me the correct one.

I've ordered from Fusion5 several times…
I've ordered from Fusion5 several times (a tablet and several chargers) and have had them replace the battery on my tablet when it finally needed a new one, so I have some experience with them. They got my latest order out and on the way quickly, it actually arrived a bit earlier than originally expected (coming from FL to AK!). I recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Superb service
Superb service. The true test of a company is when something goes 'wrong'. I cracked my Win 11 2023 Tablet screen - my fault. Fusion5 gave incredible service, making the return and repair easy. Also extremely reasonable at £69
