Unfortunately due to delivery delays I needed to return both jackets , checked web site terms and conditions stated this would not be an issue , silly emails sent asking for dogs size and photos, followed by a request for £8 per coat to return. Awful customer service.

The vest I ordered was to short on my puppy, it fit good around but way to short in length. I wrote Furryking. I sent photos of my dog with it on. They replaced it free of charge and didn’t make me send the first vest back. I told them I would donate it.
I told them that I appreciated their customer service. It’s nice to find a trustworthy company. I will definitely be buying more from them. The quality is great also.

They worked very hard at correcting the delivery address and getting the jacket to me. The jacket is great! It fits well and is easy to get into.

Honestly, I am utterly disgusted with this site. The dog jacket doesn't fit my dog, their measurements are incorrect. I have sent 16 emails up to now to arrange to send it back & get a refund. They have responded once asking me to swap the jacket for a larger size-I don't want to because I have purchased one from my local pet store now to save waiting another few weeks. Since saying this they are ignoring all my emails, refuse to help on Facebook messenger and instagram. According to their site they have a "30 day money back guarantee", I wont give up trying to get my money back as i am not un a position to lose nearly £30! I am disabled & unable to work so I find this absolutely sickening. Please avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before sending any money. Luckily I have reported them to my bank as fraud and sent their "refund policy" screenshots & emails & have managed to get my money back. It appears i am not the only one this has happened to so please shop elsewhere to avoid it happening to you. This company also trades by the name of doggyking too so be warned not to shop with them.

There was a slight problem HOWEVER it was very quickly and efficiently corrected. My dog Mina had I are very happy with the coat and service provided I would definitely recommend them 👌

The length of time it took to get item. It is a bit snug.

Jacket for my dog took ages to arrive with little comms. Despite the fact the jacket fitted pretty well and seamed decent the pull on the zip snapped after a couple of months and rest of zip has become prett much unusable. Would not recommend

Size chart only gives sizes for the chest and measurements straddle two sizes ie 20-23" = 3XL & 23"-25 is 4XL. Ordered 3XL but it wouldn't do up. Contacted Customer services who are offering to exchange the coat but now asked for the length of my dog's back which wasn't in the equation when I purchased and they want £8 to return the coat and receive a bigger one which I'm not prepared to do because I ordered according to their sizing grid. Would rather donate coat to dog charity than to pay for another to be sent only to have to pay to send it back again if it still doesn't fit. Oh and it took weeks to arrive. Won't be dealing with this company again.

She is warm and the leash hookup is comfortable so she doesn’t choke. She is gaining weight so I think I will order a large soon!

Your product is as it was described I did apparently not get the right size so I spoke with her representative who asked for photographs and for me to replace it or send it back and I just gave it to the shelter, I ordered a 3XXL and for him I needed a 4XXL

Put the Customer Service was excellent , I don’t necessarily agree, but it was explained to me, if that’s what you’re asking me : are there policies, rules, procedure that everyone is to followand whatever happened whether I’m measuring wrong or whatever it was explained to me

I ordered a dog jacket in XL size. The company notified me after three days that my order was shipped from China and provided me with a tracking number. After almost three weeks I received jacket but it was of the wrong size. It was a Medium size, much smaller than what I ordered, and therefore would not work for my dog. I emailed Furryking's customer service asking for a replacement or a refund. They emailed me back saying I should try the M size on my dog and send them a picture so they can be sure that the incorrect sized jacket indeed does not fit!!! When I asked for a refund, they said they would replace the jacket for an additional $10 from me. Their website claims to have a 30-day money back guarantee but I don't trust them.

Please don't buy anything from this company.

3 in 1 jacket is a lifesaver for my yorky chihuahua mix. Keeps her warm and dry especially during this intense cold weather are having in northern VA. I can't say enough great things to promote the jacket. Totally lined and waterproof with a sturdy zipper. EASY to put on and take off. Washing is a breeze but recommend hand washing and air or low temp drying. Wonderful jacket!!

The jacket was ok but far too small and took more than 3 weeks to come. Even though the site offers returns they deduct £10 for delivery which isn’t mentioned in their website. I wouldn’t use them again

Received 2 jackets in late Dec. one was too tight and I requested a replacement. I paid for the replacement and have not received any response since.

Do not purchase from this company. I never received my merchandise nor the full refund I requested. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save yourself the anger, headache and from losing money. Any correspondence I had with the company was fruitless
They would offer false updates and when asked for a refund, ghosted me. BEWARE!!!
