Horrible Sofa. DO NOT BUY IT! It is defective. It will make sound when you sit on it. Not comfortable at all. The colour will not match. It's a very disgusting, low quality, cheap product.
But still it's not the worst part. You will not be able to return it no matter what. The seller will not respond and repeatedly asking same questions which have been discussed already. After a while seller will claim it's the best sofa and not return it.
This the worst purchase ever.

Furny is Fraud company , They sell old / refurnished furniture items .

I had purchased a sofa 5 months back. As per per there policy they warranty of the foam/cushion for 6 months and claim that they use the best material. But my sofa didnt even last for 5months. The cushion quality was extremely cheap and it goes down every time one sits.

I have tried getting in touch with them several times but they are extremely arrogant and casual about it. On asking for service they asked me to pay for the repair even if its under warranty. Nobody answers the call.

Honest suggestion: never go with these people they are not only delivering bad product but also horrible after service experience.

Worst product. I have purchased L shaped sofa. First they delivered the product in parts like one month after ordering they delivered 1 part of the sofa. Then after repeated calls and emails they delivered wrong product then 2 months later they delivered the Lounge sofa completely broken. When we called the customer service they told they will send someone to see the sofa and then no one turned up. Afterwards they blocked us from calling. They are total fraud and scammers. Do not believe them and buy the product.

bad quality , Dont ever try to buy this product, customer service is poor , the quality is poor , It is very difficult to return this product also , amazon is not even respondinmg to this , even after trying so many days they are not even considering our difficulty ,the base of the product is very poor quality ,Its get broken in few days after delivery . even after raising complaint for defective ,Amazon is not respoinding ,they just filled some papers and its very hard to sit on . we spent way more for for the product kindly dont buy.

Hello Colleagues, would suggest not to buy online SOFA as i purchased FURNY 3+1+1 SOFA. SOFA is good but its Backrest & Armrest is not at all comfortable. no foam on Armrest. Backrest is all empty & you will groove going inside when you sit. asked for some support on back rest but their people started giving no response.

Recently purchased on 28th Nov 2024.

I’m giving 1 star there’s no option for giving 0 star. Its a total scam company with zero customer support. I bought a sofa of furny from amazon with 1 year warranty. But after few days the armrest got broken.When I contacted them they said I have to contact amazon. Now when I contact them through amazon they are saying I have to sent the sofa to the furry Mumbai warehouse by myself for warranty claim. Its a horrible company.Don’t buy their product

I had purchased a sofa from furny. It is perfect for my dining area. It looks so classy. It is actually simple yet stylish. Worth buying as the quality is very fine.

These people are scammers, have no real knowledge or skill the product delivered is substandard and does not match the images shared by them on the website

I made a purchase on Furny website thinking its a trustable place as they have products on amazon also. I booked my sofa on 8th May 2024 and they told me I'll receive it by 14th May 2024 but there is no update so far.

They are not picking up my calls or replying to my messages. Don't buy their products.

I ordered a sofa from Furny two months ago, but my product has still not been delivered. When attempting to contact them, I received no proper response initially, and later, they blocked me. I have not received any response from them via email, WhatsApp, or even regular text messages.

As a precaution, I would advise against ordering any products from Furny. In the worst-case scenario, if you do decide to purchase Furny products, consider ordering through Amazon with the cash-on-delivery option. This way, if they debit your money without delivering the product, you have a better chance of recovering your funds through Amazon's dispute resolution process.

This is a bogus company. Customer service is someone(Manoj) handling a mobile at his own sweet time and does not respond and blocks your number if tried calling.

i ordered sofa and it did not get delivered, i have received my money back after raising a dispute.
