From walking in to the showroom to the delivery of my beautiful sofa, I received excellent customer care and help throughout. I appreciated Kelen’s help when I was deciding which sofa and then the swatch choices arrived in good time. I was very pleased to learn Furniture World carry out a free practice run to make sure the furniture fits through the doorways. Delivery dates were well organised and when the sofa arrived, they were friendly and helpful. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the material is gorgeous and the sofa is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend Furniture World in Redruth.

Excellent service!! Keelan(I hope I've spelt that correctly) assisted us brilliantly with selecting an adjustable bed for my parents. It made it so much easier when we returned for the second visit with my mother to actually make a purchase. Thank you so much!!

You should make your drivers aware that they represent your company while out driving your company vans. Today after one of your vans left the distribution centre in Redruth, rather than stop behind parked car on his side of the road and letting me carry on, on my side of the road, he decided he was more important than me and forced me to stop abruptly and force his his way through while giving me hand gestures as I shrugged my shoulders at him. Guess who won't ever buy anything from furniture world? All because of the conduct of your delivery driver, such a great advertisement for you company.

We would recommend furniture world to friends and family, we recently bought carpet and a new bed,excellent service though out, friendly, expert advice and everything delivered on time.

Good selection of furniture online, and good website. I don't think they really need the business though, I wanted to order a chest of drawers and needed to know if they could deliver to London within 2 weeks because I am awau after that. I was told 'No we can't say, it depends on when the courier is in your area so we don't know after it leaves us' No willingness to help or provide further information. Not very impressive customer service

sofa was delivered faulty
Very rude customer service ( could do with a lesson in customer service) speaks over you continously and hangs phone up.
refusing to take accountability for any damage and missing parts and blames the customer.
steer clear of this company, absolutely shocking!
firstly I am not rhys. I am Mercedes.
I spoke with u on the phone only once the other day and you was extremely rude and your customer service skills were very poor.
If you would like to publish the report of the sofa from the technician from the first visit we will all see he claims the sofa was broken on delivery.
the feet was never supplied on delivery and a few technician's we finally find out that they should have been their. so obvious!! that even your own technicians could not see the problem?.
anyhow after speaking with you, on a recorded phone call you stated that the feet would not need drilling in but only screwing? and now after they don't screw as theirs not any holes for them, you now say they need drilling.
this is just one example of your shabby company. please whoever reads this steer clear. this is a review written by hard working honest people.

Choosing our sofas was made easy by the superb staff at the Redruth branch; up-to-date and detailed product knowledge, professionality, patience and understanding. Similarly, the delivery guys were expert, professional and polite.

Excellent service at Redruth branch for advice in purchasing table and chairs, carpet and settees. Staff had plenty of time for us and nothing too much trouble. Will be looking for an oak sideboard soon. Will definitely be back. Thank you furniture world.

We always shop at Furniture World as the service is Excellent we mostly conduct business at Redruth with Mark who is friendly and nothing is to much trouble for him and that includes the rest of the staff .The quality of products are second to none .

Sales staff very helpful

This was a nice bed with a soft but firm mattress. It was delivered in 9days. Two polite young men brought the bed and put it together which did not take too long. The room was left in good order. Recommended.

Recently moved to Redruth and stumbled upon this wonderful store. Staff couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried! Lots of choice! Placed our order, loan sofa came within the week and took delivery of our sofa on the 5th of July. Unfortunantly one of the legs of the foot stool was broken on delivery, couldn’t even be upset as within 24hrs we had been told a new stool was being made for us. Excellent customer service. A big thank you to everyone.

We visited the Redruth store and were gratefully allowed plenty of time to look around. Knowing what we wanted, a swivel chair, we looked at the different makes and prices and were then helped by very friendly stuff. We are very pleased with the product which arrived after two weeks.

I walked into the Redruth store shortly before closing time on Boxing day 2022. I was given space to browse, and then constructive help, and guidance as I chose a chair and settee. I was given a clear timescale of 16 to 18 weeks before delivery.
The furniture arrived, as ordered, last week. It all went very well and I am satisfied with the furniture.
I was uncertain whether to have an electrically powered head rest, and felt that the advice I received was geared towards my needs, rather than the extra cost. I did choose to have one, and it was definitely the right decision. Thank you.

Just received yesterday my Jackson leather corner suite from Furniture world I have had a fantastic service from start to finish .Lesley was sales assistant that sold me the item , she was attentive and very knowledgable.
The young men that delivered the suite were fantastic. Today I have been back to purchase the foot stool and again. Had fantastic customer service from Scott .
