Ordered a 3 and 2 seater sofa. Unfortunately the 3 seater was faulty.Taylor sorted out a new 3 seater, absolutely fantastic customer service, highly recommend and the sofas are fabulous love them

Good service
Ordered the sofas through Debenhams, delivery was quick.
Sofa quality was ok for the money but I didn’t like the scatter back, didn’t feel there was enough back support
Managed to get a refund with no issues and they came to collect the sofa quickly

Fantastic company
Fantastic company, this is the 2nd sofa we've bought, very easy to order online, get a confirmation email, the staff then ring to give a delivery slot, ours arrived within the timed slot, fast delivery, friendly delivery drivers brought it into our lounge, unpacked it, checked it over before they left, no issues at all, would recommend this company looking for lovely furniture and excellent customer service 😊

Grey corded Luxor sofas
We received our grey corded Luxor corner sofa, 3 seater sofa and foot stool. They are very well made, stylish and comfortable. They have lots of scatter back cushions which are nice and plump.The two delivery guys were very nice and friendly. They were quick and efficient taking it up one flight of stairs to our flat and setting it up. Overall we are very happy with our sofas and quick free delivery is amazing 🤩

Cannot go wrong for the price. Really nice looking sofa that looks identical to the photos.
Delivered 7 working days after order with no issues.
Only had them for a week so cannot confirm the life spam but so far I am very happy with my order!

Perfect product and service!
Ordered our sofa set and it was delivered within 4 days. Excellent service, well communicated and all of the people we dealt with were all very pleasant and polite. Delivery company kept us well updated and arrived exactly when they said they would. Couldn't be happier with the service, the product and overall the insane value for money.

It appears to be a very well made suite. I had called the company before the delivery with some questions and they were very helpful. The delivery arrived on time with a call 20 minutes before they came. The two gentlemen were very respectful and had the suite unpacked and assembled in a very short time. Would definitely recommend them.
