Love my new sofa! The colour is true to the picture, quick delivery, & the delivery guys were so friendly.

Website is clear when ordering and delivering.
Received a call to confirm date and time of the delivery.
Two men delivered my right facing L shaped sofa quickly while taking care of the product - they delivered it in approx 5 mins.
They respected the property and myself and took care where they parked also, as I was located in a very all cul-de-sac.
I went for the option to put it together myself, which was incredibly easy, there are notches in the side of the sofa to slot into place to attach together.
I ordered the grey corduroy one with a footstool and it's so comfortable! Lots of space.

We were looking to get a cheap sofa that would do the job during our renovations. After seeing we could get a brand new 3 + 2 seater set for less than £500 and for it to be able to fit through our narrow doorway we had to order. I was sceptical on the quality given the price but I am super chuffed with them and would recommend to anyone

I always think a true measure of a company’s quality is how they respond when there’s an issue, and this one gets 5*! We’ve ordered two sofas and a foot rest from Furnishings For Less, one being absolutely beautiful quality, especially for the budget price, but we had issues with the other one. Their response was absolutely fantastic, they didn’t hesitate to exchange it and made it so easy and stress-free for us. The replacement is perfect and I’m a very happy customer! Each of the deliveries we’ve had drivers who were friendly, polite, communicative and very efficient. It’s quite a feat of customer service that even though our first product was defective, we’ve come away with an absolutely glowing impression. It gives me full trust in them as a company and I’ve been raving about them since! Thank you FFL for looking after us and making it all so easy.

Easy to order and delivery was quick. Originally found the exact same sofa from a company that uses Furnishings for Less as their supplier. Going direct to Furnishings for Less saved me £200. Sofa arrived packaged well and with no issues.

The guys who delivered were on time given that they had a 4am start 🙈 really friendly & accommodating seeing as my house is tiny as thought front door may have had to have come off! Thankfully not! Some great guys working for you 👍🏻👍🏻

I was worried about this purchase being such a good price however it's brilliant - love the coffee colour ( not too dark) it's very comfy and stylish. Delighted with it

Really good product quality. Myself and my wife are over the moon with it. Special shout out to all the team there for a super efficient delivery time and excellent communication throughout. The delivery guys are really friendly and disposed of the wrapping environmentally. No doubt I'll be using them again as great value for money too.

Overall service was ok, sofas look as picture, but they are not as description, they are light as a feather, definitely not solid timber frames as stated, poorly packaged, marks on all cushions and bases, these will not come out, this is due to how poorly packaged they are, paid for unwrap and set up but this was not done, i had to unwrap them and dispose of all packaging myself, no care instructions, guarantee, or paperwork of any kind, overall very disappointed.

The lady I spoke to went above and beyond to accommodate a suitable delivery around my work commitments. Communication great from start to finish
