I got two chairs without feet and screws. Phoned already two times to the company and sended three mails and reminders. Everything they promised me to send or at least to inform me by phone or mail. Till now no reaction no phone no mail. Still standing here with two chairs in which we can't sit. It's a pitty because the delivery of the first part was OK.

The Chairs are o.k., also the lamp. But it took too long to get the money back after cancelling an item.

Bought 2 Caboche lamps and 4 pathon chairs and got them in less than a week and felt they where taking care of my order all along the way. Thank you for such fantastic customer service!

The chairs that I ordered were in totally bad shape. I ordered 4 and none of them was in good condition. Seems to me that this company is selling B or c ware to the customers!!!

Best prices I could find, really quick delivery. The Eames office chairs are OK considering the price, but I expected that. A lot of the parts are cheap metal and plastic, but that's only visible on closer inspection.
