Placed an order in mid July for a birthday one month later. Made repeated enquiries about the progress of the order and received numerous explanations. After 7 weeks we asked for a refund. During this time they posted on Facebook every day, drumming up more orders when they couldn’t cope with those they already had. This really isn’t acceptable business practice and so disappointing when we were trying to support a NZ company.

The wait time for the product is few weeks. No where on the website it says they don't have any stock and they first need to make it. No communication about the wait times, you need to chase them.
Their slippers are NOT comfortable. The sole is hard, the fluff they use inside is so thin that within days the place under your heel gets worn out. Not comfortable to walk in them, it's shocking, something is wrong with its design.
For such an expensive product, I would expect a better quality. Kmart or The Warehouse have more comfortable slippers for the price of $10.

I ordered a bag that was supposed to be completed in 21 days. Two months later and nothing. I am wondering if I will ever see my order.

Snublede over dette firma på IG og forelskede mig i deres Moodles sutsko. Der var lidt udfordringer på leveringen, men de var meget gode til at følge op, og korrespondancen med dem var superfin! Fik mine sutsko og har ikke fortrudt købet. De var helt bestemt ventetiden værd. Elsker mine moodles; de er perfekte, nu hvor efteråret er kommet, og håndværket lader sig ikke fornægte.

Ordered myself a lucky dip! Definitely got value for money, the handbag I received was perfect for me and exactly what I hoped to get. Beautifully lined inside with pink floral fabric. So pretty. The leather and fur is all beautiful and soft. I just sit and stroke it sometimes! While it takes a while to get to Australia I ordered 5th April and it arrived on the 9th May it is definitely worth the wait.

Top notch service and quality. Love my furmoo's my wallet is over 6 years old now and still looks great!! People just want to touch it!! haha

Customer service top notch. Ordered a bag, changed my mind and wanted to swap for another more fabulous one! They sent me pics of particular hides etc to make my decision easy..
