Great place to shop!
The only reason I am not giving max points is because the screen protector I bought was universal, so it wasn't exactly the size of the screen of my phone, as it was suppose to fit different models of the producer too. The protector I bought with my phone was a perfect fit. When I emailed about it, the shop replied with explanation almost immediately and in polite & professional way. However, the information was not displayed when I was choosing the product, hence the 4 stars. I will however shop there again and would recommend!

I ordered 2 phone covers and paid for 2 only received one. I was dissapointed

Poor product and poor service. The phone cover was rubbish. Too big for the phone which kept falling out. Still waiting for my refund...

I got my screen replaced two weeks ago and bought a new phone cover. My phone this morning was cracked after I took it out of my pocket and is continuing to crack more and more.

I brought it back as I was told I had a 3 month warranty. I have not dropped it recently. They refuse to honor the warranty and offered absolutely no solution. My previous screen which I had dropped many times with the cover on never broke until it fell when I had the cover removed.

The replacement screens they use are obviously extremely cheap and poor quality, I would strongly recommend avoiding here for repairs.

Bought a Huawei phone from the mill clondalkin branch. The only language on phone was Korean. Brought it back the next day and was given a refund straight away. I have bought several items in this store and was always happy with them. Would recommend this store without hesitation.

Happy out with my cover

This protective case is so easy to use. Just have to match it up and hey presto. Easiest protective screen ever. My 6 year old grandaughter gave me a big clap when I told her I had put it on myself without any help!!!! Worth 5 stars

I visited the store Douglas on tue 26th phone was damaged due to coffee spillage the Gentleman who was there tried to fix but phone was beyond repair, so I purchased a new phone from the very helpful young lady there, I returned to the store Fri 29th as my mobile phone data was not working and again the same Gentleman was there who worked extremely hard to sort out the data, he did sort it out and was very helpful, I would definitely recommend this store Douglas, fantastic staff well done fun tech Douglas court, Sandra

Got my controller on time works well very happy.

Had an iPhone XS repaired by them. Both the back glass and front screen was replaced. Used the mail in courier service. Happy enough with the service, turnaround and cost (oem parts).

My wife bought me an iPad from Balbriggan mill field from fun tech The complete account of what happened can be described as an absolute fiasco This iPad was bought as a Christmas gift for me so I could watch Netflix ect . So on the 23rd of December she paid cash and was guaranteed by the clown of a manager that it played Netflix but we found out rapidly that it didn’t support Netflix as I couldn’t even download it or play it as the model my wife was sold didn’t support Netflix as it was so old Long story short my wife drove to Balbriggan 3 times and was fobbedd off by this absolutely dreg manager called Micheal He was completely disrespectful to her to the point I decided to intervene and take a half day in work and go up to meet this imbecile and see what was going on!!!! Fun tech take note to the concrete fact you have an ignorant and completely disrespectful employee who has a long string of brutal reviews left by me and countless other dissatisfied customers!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for employing the Calibre of person as a face of your company !!!!after reviewing previous bad reviews on google I knew what I was dealing with and went up with my wife and son and told this pos that I wasn’t going to leave without a full refund!!! I’m a force to be reckoned with when I know how my family has been treated like fools and what ensued for the 45 minutes I spent with this guy was something out of a television rouge trader show!!! He showed complete contempt to the fact I told him we weren’t Leaving until the full refund was given.... he even goaded my wife on how it was her fault that it wasn’t sorted out and how she was a bad mother for bringing her son up so much during COVID ....he even threatened to get security to throw me out of the shopping centre after I told him to stop antagonising my wife with his subhuman comments By this stage there were a crowd of people who listened to him as he tried to make us explode with his snide belittling comments ... unbeknown to this guy I worked in security and I was well versed in his physiological warfare Keeping my cool I told him stop argravating my wife and just give us our money back which he spent 45 minutes doing and blaming me and my wife how it was all our fault !!!!! LADS STEER CLEAR OF FUNTECH!!!! This guy is an absolute nightmare to deal with and I pity anyone who has to deal with him for a refund for a product they should never have been sold in the first place!!! Ps Micheal I won’t be responding to your reply as I’ve seen and read your abysmal attempts to save face on other countless bad review and I’m so happy that I will never evehave to deal with you again!!!! End of story to others out there in the position we were put in stand your ground and don’t feed into the the way you are spoken to by a so called manager called Micheal from fun tech !!!!

Ordered pack of 2 screen protectors, received only one, after contacting customer care 2nd one was promised but never come. The quality of the protector is not worth the money, it does not stick on the phone as it should, it lasted only for 2 days.

Great value and quick delivery. Definitely recommend.

I find it works just fine for what I want it for excellenced
