You guys sent me the wrong contacts
You guys sent me the wrong contacts.
I received a Zombie red instead of a vampire red, and I can't even keep it on because it's very uncomfortable.
The other contacts were not as advertised as well.
Update: if it take you 20 days to reply back, I'm sure talking to customer service will suck as well. Next time send the right contacts!

Got sent an expired pair of contacts
Got sent an expired pair of contacts. When I filled out a ticket and told them what happened they replaced them right away, but when I got them the second time they were expired also. Still waiting on the replacement pair for those to see if they are expired, and now I won’t have them for my costume this weekend like I had hoped even though i ordered them in plenty of time they just kept sending me expired ones

What a great product and expedient service! It was a gift for my grandson as part of his Halloween 🎃 costume. He absolutely loves them! Plus the product arrived several days before expected. Great product! Great price! Great service! Definitely recommend!

Keep your eyesight
Currently in A&E after wearing Halloween lenses for a few hours. Damaged both my eyes. Now needing antibiotics and was told it could have caused blindness.

Awful website not the best customer service.
Took me 3 attempts back and forwards to customer services to order because the 3 for 2 and 3 for £10 were not set up correctly. The only way it would accept was 2 orders which you were charging carriage for both. Your Customer service team said they have rectified the issue so I tried again and had the same issue. I asked for 1 free carriage so I could just order them seperatley but it went back and forth. Eventually you updated, due to the back and forth I would have gone elsewhere but this was the only place I could get what I needed. Not great service and if you put deals on make sure they work.

Great lenses. Got so many compliments. Had to get my husband to put them in as I’ve never worn contacts before, but they were comfortable and easy to remove. Great price and fast delivery too. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend *****
