The speed of the whole experience was not only exceptional but surprising. Communication was on point and I felt what is normally a stressful, mind blowing process in business was seamless. Special shout out to Melisa Driza who was remarkable.

I recently applied for funding and, while the product itself appeared suitable, my experience with the communication process led me to withdraw my application.

Throughout the process, the level and frequency of follow-up felt excessive, even after I explicitly requested space to review the agreement in my own time. There were also inconsistencies around key details such as the offer expiry date, which created unnecessary pressure and confusion.

What ultimately led to my decision was how my concerns were handled. I raised these issues directly, but rather than receiving a clear apology or acknowledgment of the impact, the response felt explanatory and focused on justifying the approach rather than reflecting on it.

When entering into a long-term financial agreement, trust and confidence in the lender are essential.

Unfortunately, the experience here did not provide that.

As a result, I chose to pursue alternative funding options.
